NOTICE TO THE MARKET
We hereby inform to shareholders and the Market in general that the Board of Directors
of Natura Cosméticos S.A. (“Company”) met on April 28 and 29, 2015, in order to
decide the following:
(i)
the new composition of the Board of Executive Officers of the Company, as
follows:
Roberto Oliveira de Lima - Chief Executive Officer
José Roberto Lettiere - Chief Financial Officer e Investor Relations Officer
José Vicente Marino - Commercial Officer
João Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira - Commercial Officer
Agenor Leão de Almeida Júnior - Operational Officer
Robert Claus Chatwin - Operational Officer
Gerson Valença Pinto - Operational Officer
Roberta Salvador dos Santos - Operational Officer
The elected Executives Officers will assume on May 1st, 2015 with a term of
office until April 30, 2018.
(ii)
Elect Mr. Pedro Luiz Barreiros Passos as Chairman of the Board of Directors of
the Company, position previously held by Mr. Plínio Villares Musetti, who
remains member of the Board of Directors.
