consente o projeto está sendo submetido à consideração do 2º Prêmio TOP – Troféu de Obras Placo e o 10 ª Troféu
Internacional Saint-Gobain Gypsum 2016 (adiante designado como o "Troféu");
autoriza o uso de qualquer escrita e / ou comunicação visual e fotografias ou outros itens do Projeto sujeito a direitos
de autor abaixo listados (doravante referido como "Material de Inscrição") para fins de comunicação interna e externa
do Projeto e / ou a Troféu incluindo toda publicidade subsequente, marketing e promoção dos produtos fabricados e /
ou vendidos pelo Grupo Saint-Gobain e quaisquer de suas afiliadas (doravante referida como "Saint-Gobain");
3.
concorda que essa autorização deva ser sem compensação, em todos os países e por 10 anos;
4.
Em razão da autorização ora realizada se compromete a não ceder à empresa concorrente direta ou indireta da PLACO,
no Brasil e no exterior, a qualquer tempo, o Projeto, integralmente, seus extratos, trechos ou partes, salvo mediante
prévia autorização da PLACO.
5.
A presente autorização é exclusiva para o uso do Projeto pela PLACO, por si ou por empresas pertencentes ao mesmo
Grupo Econômico, no Brasil ou no exterior, e a terceiros por esta autorizados, sendo que a PLACO se obriga a não
divulgação dos dados referentes a obra (nome dos proprietários e endereço da obra). A título de referência será
indicado o nome do arquiteto responsável e a cidade, salvo mediante anuência escrita.

allowing the project being submitted for consideration of the TOP 2nd Prize - Placo Works Trophy and the 10th
International Saint-Gobain Gypsum 2016 Trophy (hereinafter referred to as the "Trophy");
2.
authorizes the use of any written and/or visual communication and photographs or other items of the Project subject to
copyright listed below (hereinafter referred to as "Entry Materials") for internal and external communication of the
Project and/or Trophy including all subsequent advertising, marketing and promotion of products manufactured and/or
sold by the Saint-Gobain Group and any of its affiliates (hereafter referred to as "Saint-Gobain");
3.
agrees that this authorization should have no compensation, in all countries and for 10 years;
4.
due to the authorization hereby given, undertakes not to give to a competing company, directly or indirectly, in Brazil
and abroad, at any time, the Project, in full, its extracts, passages or parts, except with PLACO’s prior permission.
5.
this authorization is for the exclusive use of the Project by PLACO, by itself or by companies belonging to the same
Economic Group, in Brazil or abroad, and to others authorized by it, and PLACO undertakes not to disclose the data
regarding the work (name and address of the owners of the work). As reference purposes the name of the responsible
Architect and the city will be given, except by written consent.
