Para expressares ideias no passado tens de utilizer os verbos no Past Simple.
1. Em Inglês “enunciam-se” os verbos, isto é, diz-se o “infinitive”, Past Simple (Passado) e Past Participle
(Particípio Passado).

1. Verbos Regulares são aqueles que se enunciam juntando –ed ou –d ao infinitivo desse verbo.

2. Quando o verbo termina numa única consoante precedida de uma vogak, dobra a consoante antes de
acrescentar –ed.

3. Quando o verbo termina num y precedido de consoante, muda o y para i antes de acrescentar –ed.
a. Ex: To stay, stayed, stayed
b. To enjoy, enjoyed, enjoyed
Forma Negativa- Para construires a forma negativa, vais precisar de recorrer ao verbo TO DO na sua forma do Past
Simple –DID, juntamente com a partícula not e com o verbo principal no infinitivo sem to.
