faith with a DVD series created by Fr. Robert Barron. There will be food, drinks,

Theology on Tap – Raising a Faith Filled Family
All young adults in their 20s and 30s are invited to join us at 7:30pm on Tuesday,
March 12th, at Bernie’s Bar and Grill (1225 Wonderland Rd N, London) for a
discussion on Raising a Faith Filled Family. Three couples in very different stages
of parenting will be with us to share their own experiences, answer questions, and
encourage us to continue our own journey raising children in the faith

BAPTISM
The Sacrament of Baptism will not be administered during Lent, a time of
preparation for Easter. We will baptize at Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday with
the Blessed Water.

initiated into our Catholic community as well as Lorraine Frada who is preparing for
acceptance into full Communion at the Easter vigil.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS –Fish Fry
The Holy Cross Council is holding a fish fry on Friday March 22nd from 5:30 pm to 8pm.
$10 for Adults $5 for children 10 and under. Desert and coffee are included. Tickets on
sale after mass on the weekends or at the Parish office.
WEDNESDAY, March 6th
(Day of Reconciliation for the Diocese of London)
We will all have the opportunity to celebrate the Sacrament of Penance
(Reconciliation). Over the next few weeks let us make the journey into the heart of our
relationship with God. Take a long loving look at the ways God calls us to grow. Take
this challenge and hold it in readiness for the rich blessing that is manifest in the
Sacrament of Penance (Reconciliation).
In our Parish the schedule for this “all day confessions” is as follows:

Reconciliation resources will be available by the display beginning Feb. 25th.

TEMPO DE QUARESMA…Romeiros
Convidamos a todos os Romeiros a participar dos ensaios e orações para a romaria
deste ano. A preparação está marcada para os Sábados durante a Quaresma. Começa
já no dia 2 de Março após a missa das 6 pm. Todos são bem vindos!
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
O Conselho da Igreja de Santa Cruz está a preparar mais uma noite de peixe frito. Será
na sexta-feira dia 22 de Março das 5:30 pm até às 8 pm. Custo de $10 por adulto $5
crianças menores de 10 anos. Café e sobremesa estão incluídos. Bilhetes à venda
depois das missas iniciando no Sábado dia 2 de Março, ou através do escritório da
paróquia.
QUARTA – FEIRA 6 DE MARÇO
(Dia de RECONCILIAÇÃO para a Diocese de London)
Neste dia teremos a oportunidade de celebrar o Sacramento da Penitência
(Reconciliação). Aproveite as próximas semanas para fazer um bom exame de
consciência e à sua relação com Deus. Olhe bem para todas as maneiras que Deus nos
chama a crescer. Tome este desafio, com prontidão para a bênção que se manifesta no
Sacramento da Penitência (Reconciliação).
