Volvo Car Group - Graduate Programme 2014
Volvo Car Group - Graduate Programme 2014 - The future is you
Everything we do at Volvo Car Group starts with people. It’s what makes us different from other car
companies and it’s at the heart of everything we create. That’s why all cars from Volvo are DESIGNED
AROUND YOU. We know people better than any other car brand and we are looking for talented
graduates with potential to be future leaders. If you’ve got passion and drive, you can join a careerboosting programme designed around your potential as a future leader in a global organisation.
For 18–24 months you’ll be fast tracked through the heart of our business with coaching and support
along the way. We’ll design the programme around your talents and ambitions. The programme
includes individual career development, a personal senior mentor, corporate training modules with
your fellow graduates as well as operational projects and positions. Together we’ll create a clear
career target – a project/process lead or managerial position within five years after your programme,
depending on your aims and capabilities.
All positions will initially be placed at Volvo Car Group’s head office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
International relocations might be identified if included in your career development plan. When
