Hovione Graduate Recruitment Program
The Graduate Recruitment Program aims to create the conditions for recent graduates from MSc in
Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Sciences (or other related areas) to embrace a
comprehensive training and development plan which shall help develop the knowledge and skills
required of graduates working in Hovione.
This plan will include exposure and formal training, under Good Manufacturing Practices, on the
following areas:





Production (Active Pharmaceutical Ingridients or Drug Product);
Lean Methodologies;
Health, Satefy and Enviornment;
Quality Assurance;
Research & Development.
Eligibility

Candidates must complete their Masters the same year he/she is applying to the program.

Curriculum Vitae;
Application Letter, preferably in English (but not essential), indicating:
 Why you are applying to this program;
 What he/she thinks he/she will benefit from this traineeship;
 What will his/her role be in his/her chosen career
3 page summary of the Master thesis;
Recommendation Letter (preferable but not essential).
Short listed candidates will be interviewed, and may be asked to prepare additional material to support
a merit based selection process.
Tutor:
A tutor will be appointed internally at Hovione who will supervise the trainee's work and provide any
support necessary throughout the program.
