Macau Orchestra would like to announce the following vacancies:
Concertmaster

Principal Viola
Viola Tutti
Cello Tutti
Principal Double Bass
Double Bass Tutti
Bass Trombone Tutti
Application Deadline: Received by October 15, 2013 (email confirmation will be sent)
Results: on or before November 15, 2013 (via email)
Finalists will be invited to participate in a trial in Macau in addition to a live audition. Airfare, hotel
accommodations and travel stipend will be provided.
To begin employment immediately after work visa is completed (usually 4 months) or as independently
negotiated
Terms and conditions of employment:

Salary (gross, in Macao currency, MOP)
Principal musicians: MOP 31999.40 per month;
Tutti musicians: MOP 25332.90 per month;
Tutti musicians with doubling: MOP 26666.20 per month;
Monthly housing subsidy: MOP 1500.00
30 days paid vacation, to be taken in August
Holiday bonus equivalent to one month’s salary (pro rata)
Macau Tax rate is 2-3% of gross domestic income

 1 copy of an audition DVD which should be UNEDITED, CONTINUOUS of ALL EXCERPTS
