Click the icon at the top right of the document that are immediately highlighted the fields
you need to fill in;
Clique no ícone no alto a direita do documento que serão imediatamente destacados os campos que
você precisa preencher;
Fill in the fields with the information of your company;
Preencha os campos com as informações de sua firma;
To your registry and file, save a copy of the document that you are filling, either paper
printing the completed form at any time, or saving as pdf in the print options;
Para seu arquivo e registro, salve uma cópia do documento que você está preenchendo, tanto
imprimindo em papel o formulário preenchido a qualquer momento, quanto salvando como pdf nas
opções de impressão;
Once you complete all the fields in the form, click Submit Form, the form will be sent
automatically to the SBGf. We caution you to save in pdf or print the form before
submitting. Pressing the button 'save' won't save the filled in data ;
Assim que completar todos os campos do formulário, clique em Submit Form, que o formulário será
enviado automaticamente para a SBGf. Alertamos para salvar em pdf ou imprimir o formulário
ANTES de submeter. Ao clicar em 'salvar' as informações já preenchidas não serão salvas;
If your company has more than one booth, please complete one form for each booth number;
Caso sua firma tenha mais de um stand, por favor, preencha um formulário para cada stand;

Each 9 m stand gives rights to 1 (one) delegate badge and 3 (three) Exhibitor badges or
Service badges. We recommend that you explicitly designate as Exhibitor badge only
employees of your company or technical consultants for your business, just as we
designate the Service badge for service providers who will be working on your booth
during the event as, for example: audio/video, receptionists, general maintenance,
kitchen services, among others.
Cada 9m2 de stand dá direto a 1 (um) crachá de delegado e 3(três) crachás de expositor ou
serviços. Recomendamos expressamente designar como crachá de expositor apenas os
funcionários de sua firma ou consultores técnicos de seu negócio, assim como solicitamos designar
o crachá de serviços para prestadores de serviços que estarão trabalhando em seu stand durante o
evento como, por exemplo: suporte de áudio/vídeo, recepcionistas, manutenção em geral,
serviço de copa, entre outros.
For extra badges (exposition only), either exhibitor or staff, please make a request on the
reception desk at the event.
Para crachás extras de acesso à exposição, tanto para expositor quanto para pessoal de apoio,
favor fazer requerimento na recepção do evento.
