Pedro represents both domestic and foreign clients in matters related to
mergers and acquisitions transactions. His experience includes advising
clients on matters related to private equity, healthcare, agribusiness,
inbound investments and regulatory compliance for public companies. He is
knowledgeable of the issues particular to the agribusiness sector and the
President of the Agribusiness Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association.
Pedro is an adjunct Professor of corporate law at the Brazilian Research and
Learning Institute (“Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa”).
