OBJECTIVES OF THE MEETING:
•
To discuss the completion of the partnership (five additional cities plus non city
partners)
•
To explain the tasks of the development phase (three parts of the baseline study
the work programme and the final application)
•
To understand the URBACT method of exchange, learning and action planning
through local support groups
•
To build understanding of the state of the art and how cities are using social
innovation to improve local services and the meaning of key terms such as
coproduction
•
To begin to understand the desired focus of the first five partner cities and the
challenges that they wish to address
•
To address some early administrative issues
PREPARATION BEFORE THE MEETING
Please reread the original project application especially the executive summary
A first draft of the State of the Art report will be circulated on Thursday 14th June.
We expect people to arrive on Sunday 17thJune so that we can make a prompt start on
Monday 18th June.
