Resumo:
In this talk I will explain how certain topological invariants of contact manifolds, the
contact homologies, can be used to give positive lower bounds for the topological
entropy of Reeb flows. One motivation for the study of the topological entropy of Reeb
flows is the fact that these form an important class of Hamiltonian flows.
