How can an award contribute to improving management
processes?
Enrollment in the PGE allows the principal and the academic community to take a
break in the rush of the day to day and take an analytical look at the school.
Step 1 ( involve and mobilize the school community
(teachers, employees, parents, students
and administrative team)
Step 2  assess school data (with the community)
Step 3  systematize information on the school (start production on online enrollment)
Step 4  create an Improvement Plan (online enrollment)
Step 5  create a committee to monitor execution of the Improvement Plan and
results achieved
