Qualifying Holding Press Release
Under the terms of and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 17 of the Securities Code, Reditus
hereby announces that it received today from its shareholder ELAO, SGPS, SA, the following
communication which it transcribes in its entirety:
“Under the terms of and for the purposes of Article 16 of the CVM, ELAO, SGPS, SA, company with share
capital of 1,000,000 (one million) euros, with registered office at Herdade do Zambujeiro, CCI 018, 2130,
Santo Estevão, Benavente, Tax Number 504057260, hereby communicates to you that it received from its
director Mr Fernando Manuel Cardoso Malheiro da Fonseca Santos, a formal communication that he
purchased, on this date, on the Stock Exchange, 25,500 (twenty-five thousand five hundred) shares
representative of the share capital of Reditus, SGPS, S.A.
Due to the purchase referred to above, and under the terms of the same communication, our director is
now holder of 662,431 REDITUS, SGPS, SA shares which represent 10.19% (ten point nineteen per cent)
of the share capital of Reditus, SGPS, S.A. and 10.27% (ten point twenty-seven per cent) of the
corresponding voting rights.
Under the terms of Article 20 of the CVM, this qualifying holding should be allocated to ELAO, SGPS, SA
which is in turn direct holder of 975,000 REDITUS, SGPS, SA shares, which represent 15% (fifteen per
cent) of the capital of that company and 15.11% (fifteen point eleven per cent) of the corresponding voting
rights.
Thus, under the terms of the aforementioned provisions of the CVM, by virtue of the acquisition by our
director of REDITUS, SGPS, SA shares referred to above, the qualifying holding in that company
allocatable to ELAO, SGPS, SA becomes 25.19% (twenty-five point nineteen per cent), 15% (fifteen per
cent) corresponding to the 975,000 (nine hundred and seventy-five thousand) shares of which this
company is the direct holder and 10.19% (ten point nineteen per cent) corresponding to the 662,431 (six
hundred and sixty-two thousand, four hundred and thirty-one) shares of which Mr Fernando Manuel
Cardoso Malheiro da Fonseca Santos is the holder; this holding corresponds to a total of 25.38% (twentyfive point thirty-eight per cent) of voting rights in REDITUS, SGPS, SA.
A Communication with identical content will also be sent on this date to the Securities Market Commission
(CMVM) and to EURONEXT Lisboa, by electronic mail.”
