COSTA CONSTRUÇÃO, SGPS, SA, has settled today with SC – ENGENHARIA E
PROMOÇÃO IMOBILIÁRIA, SGPS, SA, integrated in SONAE CAPITAL, SGPS, SA, the
contract for the permanent purchase of the shares representing the whole share capital of
Contacto – Sociedade de Construções, S.A., after the approval of the Competition Authority as
properly stated last 3 January.
The total value, cash and cash equivalents included, amounts to 81,5 million euros.
