4Q10 Results Release Schedule
São Paulo, January 26, 2011 – Multiplus S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: MPLU3) will release its results
for the fourth quarter 2010 (4Q10) on February 11, 2011. The information will be available on
website: www.multiplusfidelidade.com.br/ir and through the CVM (Comissão de Valores
Mobiliários) “after the market”. The conference calls in Portuguese and English will be
Monday, February 14 at 08:00 am and 09:30 am (Eastern Time), respectively.
Quiet Period
Following the objective to maintain fair disclosure and pursuant to best practices, the company will
enter a pre-earnings release Quiet Period in reference to the fourth quarter 2010 results, on
January 28th, 2011. As of this date, inclusive, the Investor Relations team will not comment
information regarding the results of the fourth quarter 2010, until February 11th. Other issues not
related to this quarter will be normally discussed during this period.
