NOTICE TO THE MARKET
ALIANSCE SHOPPING CENTERS S.A., a publicly-held company, headquartered at
Rua Dias Ferreira nº 190, sala 301 (parte), in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro,
inscribed in the corporate roll of taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under no. 06.082.980/0001-03
(“Company”), regarding the article published in the newspaper Folha de São Paulo on
March 21, 2010, announces that:
(i) The Company is about to execute a planning and management agreement for a
shopping mall belonging to a third-party located in Vitória da Conquista, in the
state of Bahia, there being no negotiations involving the acquisition of an
interest in the project; and
(ii) The Company retains an interest in the following shopping malls, located in the
North and Northeast of Brazil: Boulevard Shopping Belém, in the state of Pará;
Boulevard Shopping Campina Grande, in Paraíba; and Iguatemi Salvador, in
Bahia. It also manages Boulevard Shopping Feira de Santana and Jequibá Plaza
Shopping, both in Bahia.
