As of 1964, with the development of the Rotary Hoe, activated by a stationary motor which later was adapted to be used in
a coastal brush mower, Ipacol became a benchmark for Brazilian agriculture. In the beginning of the eighties, with the

in Brazil today. After 40 years of work, the Ipacol brand has been consolidated in Brazil and several other countries
through a broad dealer network that allow a vast distribution of equipment and parts, as well as providing technical
assistance to a large number of consumers. Also, Ipacol offers a team of technicians that instruct and support the dealers,
and also provide demonstrators who carry out demos that put the equipment products to practical use, according to the
needs of the farmer.
This way, Ipacol, who follows the constant development of the agricultural market and is always concerned about the
environment, expanded their manufacturing campus, building a new modern industrial park with a factory and a leisure
area of approximately 35,000 m² developed in perfect harmony with the natural structure found there. All this was done in

This manual was developed in order to supply the necessary information to ensure the safety and correct
operation of the equipment, as well as it maintenance, in a simple and direct manner, ensuring better
performance and the longest possible useful life, avoiding premature wear and unnecessary costs.
For greater user convenience we also included the part catalog, to facilitate the identification of the equipment
components.
The products have various applications. Therefore, the information presented here is general and does not
intend to cover every single possible application.
The information included in the manufacturer manuals of the suppliers of the applied equipment should prevail
over the information included in this manual.

PC 280 – Rear Loading Shovel
An excellent work tool, ideal for handling the transportation of
silage, loading forage wagons and carts, reducing effort,
saving on labor, and speeding up tasks. It can be used to remove,
load, and unload silage, both from trenches as well as the surface.
It is versatile in any rural property.
Useful for loading organic fertilizer and limestone distributors,
forage vans and carts, cleaning coops, earth and boulder

OPERATION
SAFETY
Read before using
the Machine
Coupled to the tractor using the arms of the hydraulic lift connected to the
frame, the height of the work is determined by the size of the tractor and
the adjustments of the tower.
By activating a control lever, the operator can totally elevate the bed or the
rake, reducing the fatigue of the work day. The rapid decoupling for unloading
is easily done by handling a single unlocking lever.
Always carry from up to down. Always calculate the load in terms of weight
and not volume.
Do not dump on unlevel ground.
NOTE: Excess cargo or excessive resistance will damage
the equipment frame.

MAINTENANCE CARE
Maintenance and repair
Recommendations
Proper maintenance is your responsibility.
Little or no maintenance is an invitation for irritation.
Read before using
Never operate the machine and tractor in a closed building. The smoke can
the Machine
cause suffocation.
Before working on the machine, stop the tractor and lock the brakes.
Be sure it is completely stopped before trying to execute any maintenance.
Always use a safety support and block the wheels. Never use a jack to support the machine.
Always use the appropriate tools or equipment for the job.
Use extreme caution when making adjustments.
Never exchange the bolts for others with a lower specification level.
Original replacement parts are necessary for periodic maintenance and repairs, and should be used to preserve
the machine with its original specifications.
After doing maintenance, make sure all the tools, parts and service equipment are put away.
A fire extinguisher and first aid equipment should be readily available whenever maintenance is being executed.
SAFETY
HYDRAULIC
Never use your hands to locate hydraulic leaks. Use a small piece of cardboard or wood. Hydraulic fluid with
pressure can penetrate the skin.
When disconnecting hydraulic lines, close the reservoir and relieve all the hydraulic pressure.
Cuts to the skin or wounds can get infected by hydraulic fluid. If an accident occurs, find a doctor immediately,
because if left untreated it can lead to gangrene, a serious infection, and/or other reactions.
BEFORE WELDING
When welding your machine, do not allow the current to flow in a chain through the ball bearings or roller
bearings or any of the electronic circuits.
ALWAYS do the grounding directly to the part being welded.
ALWAYS disconnect the alternator from the tractor if the machine is connected to it.

A IPACOL MÁQUINAS AGRÍCOLAS LTDA., garante o produto aqui especificado, contra defeitos
devidamente comprovados pela fábrica, conforme as seguintes condições:
I. A garantia é válida por 6 (seis) meses a contar da data da venda do equipamento ao usuário.
II. A garantia cobre a reparação ou fornecimento gratuito das peças que apresentarem defeitos de fabricação.
III. A garantia não se aplicará nos casos de: Usos incorretos da máquina; Danos provocados por acidentes; Desgastes normais de uso;
Avarias provocadas por descuido de transporte ou armazenamento; Falta ou uso de lubrificantes incorretos; Não observância de instruções
e recomendações de uso e cuidados de operação e manutenção; Modificações, adaptações ou aplicação de peças não originais; Abusos ou
perigos naturais.

assinaturas, para cumprir com os termos de garantia aqui expressados.

CERTIFICADO DE GARANTIA
A IPACOL MÁQUINAS AGRÍCOLAS LTDA., garante o produto aqui especificado, contra defeitos
devidamente comprovados pela fábrica, conforme as seguintes condições:
I. A garantia é válida por 6 (seis) meses a contar da data da venda do equipamento ao usuário.
II. A garantia cobre a reparação ou fornecimento gratuito das peças que apresentarem defeitos de fabricação.
III. A garantia não se aplicará nos casos de: Usos incorretos da máquina; Danos provocados por acidentes; Desgastes normais de uso;
Avarias provocadas por descuido de transporte ou armazenamento; Falta ou uso de lubrificantes incorretos; Não observância de instruções
e recomendações de uso e cuidados de operação e manutenção; Modificações, adaptações ou aplicação de peças não originais; Abusos ou
perigos naturais.
