OVAS DE PEIXE ORIGINÁRIOS DE AQUICULTURA DE QUALQUER PAÍS, DESTINADAS
AO CONSUMO HUMANO/ ZOOSANITARY REQUIREMENTS OF BRAZIL FOR IMPORT OF CAVIAR
AND ROE OBTAINED FROM AQUACULTURE FROM ANY COUNTRY AND INTENDED FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION
I. Informações zoossanitárias / Zoosanitary information:
O produto deverá vir acompanhado de Certificado Sanitário Internacional em português emitido ou
endossado pelo Serviço Oficial do país exportador com as seguintes informações zoossanitárias/
The product must be accompanied by International Health Certificate in Portuguese issued or endorsed by
the Official Service of the exporting country with the following zoosanitary information:
1. Para caviar oriundo das espécies pertencentes à família Acipenseridae, o produto foi submetido

a tratamento térmico a 60 graus Celsius (mínimo) por pelo menos 1 hora / For caviar from species
belonging to Acipenseridae family the product was subjected to heating at 60°C (minimum) for at least 1

hour .
2. Para ovas oriundas de demais famílias, o produto foi submetido a tratamento térmico a 70 graus

Celsius (mínimo) por pelo menos 2 horas / For roe from other families, the product was subjected to

heating at 70°C (minimum) for at least 2 hours .
Nota: A critério do MPA poderão ser coletadas amostras dos produtos importados para a realização de análises pela Rede
Nacional de Laboratórios do Ministério da Pesca e Aquicultura – RENAQUA/ At discretion of the MPA, samples of the imported
products can be collected for the analysis by the National Network of Laboratories of Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture RENAQUA.

Caso não seja possível cumprir o presente requisito, poderá ser enviada, previamente à solicitação de importação, uma
proposta alternativa a ser avaliada pela Coordenação-Geral de Sanidade Pesqueira - CGSAP do Ministério da Pesca e
Aquicultura - MPA. A exportação de commodities com certificação alternativa está sujeita à retenção, destruição ou retorno
à origem caso não haja aprovação prévia oficialmente documentada pelo MPA ao serviço oficial do país responsável pela
certificação. 1If the present requirement cannot be fulfilled, an alternative proposal can be sent for assessment of the General
Coordination of Aquatic Animal Health – CGSAP of the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture prior to the import request. The export
of commodities with alternative certification is subjected to retention, destruction or return to the origin in case of no officially
documented previous approval by the MPA to the official service of the country responsible for the certification.
