In relation to the cited document we would like to alert this department that the
information supplied by the Platinum Air Linhas Aereas, LTDA. d/b/a Platinum Air
;s untrue.
1-ln the attached document, the CNPJ (Brazilian Company Registration Number)
is provided as 076992006/0001-09; such number is invalid. CNPJ numbers
consist of 14 numbers rather than 15.
2- In addition the "CHETA" (Airline Homologation certificate number) supplied by
"ANAC" (National Agency of Civil Aviation - BRAZIL) has been REVOKED since
June 21,2007. Platinum Air Linhas Aereas Uda. had its "CHETA" revoked by the
following document issued by "ANAC": "SEGVOO- 121 Number 007; GCAM-3".
Such document is also attached, which states that the reason for the revoke of
"CHETA" was due to Platinum air supplying a UNAUTHENTIC version of a
document issued by FAA.
This company has never operated in Brazil, and has over 40 lawsuits by former
employees, depths and bankruptcy.
We are sure that the right actions will be taken.

Public, Sub-Notary Public Lawsuit n<> 583.00.200 7.259S58-1 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.MARCIA AURORA GEBELIAN SOARES DA COSTA brought the
present eviction action for failure to pay against PLATINUM AIR LJNHAS AEREAS LTDA , aiming at the vacancy of the real property described on
the primary complaint by the offender, due to rental and other charges payments overdue. The offender was legally notified and having the
prescriptive period become due without any defense from his part. THAT IS THE REPORT. I DECIDE ON. Neither having occurred any remedy nor
any plea, the lessee failed to avoid the agreement's annulment. I CONSIDER THE LAWSUIT TO HAVE WITH GROUNDS, thus annulling the rental
agreement and determining the offender's eviction to whom I award a pedod of 15 (fifteen) days for voluntarily vacant the real property, under
the penalty of coercive eviction. In due course, the notification and eviction should be dispatched . The offender Is convicted to pay for overdue
rentals and other charges, duly updated until the date of the actual real propety's vacancy, as well a s the court and procedural costs and
attorneys' fees which I determine for 20% (twenty percent) of debt amount. In case of provisional enforcement, I determine the security deposit

Index Number 07261463-0 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. M r d a Aurora Gebenlian Soares da Costa has proposed the present eviction action for
accumulated failure to pay with regard to rentals collection from Platinum Air Linhas Mreas Ltda, with realtion to the real property situated In
this Capital at Avenida 807, suite 1824, in this Capital, for the offender, as the lessee, has not paid the rent and other ancillary charges since
November, 2007. The complaint Is followed by a power of attorney and was supFKXted by the Indispensable documents, ratifying that there
remains a total outstanding debt of R$ 2,833.12 (two thousand eight hundred and thirty-three reals and twelve cents) (page 02/21). Received an
Interlocutory decision in the case, due to re -distribution, the offender was regularly notified through a mandamus (Page 47) and failed to file any
response (page 48) and having the pialnUff's defense been set (page 51), the case is with the judge. Thast's the report. I confirm and decide on.
The dispute admits an anticipated Judgement, under the terms of arUcie 330, I I , of CPC. In the case, the default judgement conse quences may

and permissions. Onus are the Impositions directed to the parties and of which compliance alms at meeting the interests of the proper addressee.
