Accommodation costs
148 € per month
15 € credential (paid only with the first monthly rent)
At the arrival date the student has to pay 2 monthly rents.
Accommodation facilities
Individual rooms, for students with disabilities inclusive; Lounge room,
with TV, Video and DVD; Ping-pong and football tables; Study rooms
with free Internet access; Bar; Tennis courts; Laundry service (bed sheets
and towels provided); Kitchens equipped with stove and oven, fridge,
freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing table, amongst
others (students shall bring their own cookware, dishes and cuttlery);
Security 24 hours per day; System of electronic locks on the rooms.
Note: The Polytechnic Institute of Setubal's Campus is located in a small place called Estefanilha, 15 min. away from the city
centre, by car/bus. When contacting Real Estate Agencies the student should let them know if he/her prefers to stay in the city or
