Director of Administration and Information Technology of FUNCEF, Sérgio Francisco
da Silva is a graduate in Psychology from the Universidade Paulista (SP), with MBA
in Budgetary Planning and Projects and Public Management from Fundação Getúlio
Vargas, and MBA in Finance at Instituto IBMEC. He joined the CAIXA in 1981. He
acted as administrative counselor in Vale do Rio Doce, Secretary of Finance and
Health of the Union of Banks of São Paulo, Osasco and region, he was a member of
the National Executive Employees and Labor Relations Committee of the CAIXA and
executive director of APCEF/SP. He is the Fiscal Advisor of Brasil Telecom,
Administrative Advisor of Contax. He was director of Benefits of FUNCEF from April
2003 to August 2007.
