Instruções do Banco de Portugal n.º 4/2015 e 5/2015
A Instrução n.º 4/2015 estabelece a obrigação de reporte anual ao Banco de Portugal relativamente às
remunerações dos colaboradores das instituições de crédito que aufiram um salário anual igual ou
superior a um milhão de euros.
Esta informação deve ser prestada de acordo com o mapa e instruções de preenchimentos anexos à
instrução, através do sistema BPnet, até ao final do mês de Junho do ano seguinte ao qual se reportam
os dados. O reporte deve ser em base consolidada ou em base individual, consoante as entidades em
causa se encontrem, ou não, sujeitas à supervisão em base consolidada pelo Banco de Portugal.
A Instrução n.º 5/2015, por seu lado, estabelece o dever geral de reporte remuneratório de todos os
colaboradores (Mapa 1), com algumas especificidades em relação aos colaboradores identificados (Mapas
2 e 3), para as instituições de crédito identificadas no anexo II da instrução (CGD, BPI, Novo Banco, BCP,
Santander Totta, Caixa Central de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo, Caixa Económica Montepio Geral e Banif).
Ambas as instruções entraram em vigor em 03 de Junho.

Instructions of Bank of Portugal no. 4/2015 and 5/2015
The Instruction no. 4/2015 establishes the annual reporting obligation to Bank of Portugal regarding the
remuneration of credit institution’s employees with an annual salary equal or higher than one million
euros.
This information shall be provided accordingly to the map and instructions attached to the instruction,
through BPnet webpage, until the end of June of the following year to which the information relates. The
report shall be supported on a consolidated or in an individual basis, depending if the credit institutions
are subject to the supervision of Bank of Portugal on a consolidated basis or not.
The Instruction no. 5/2015, on the other hand, establishes the remuneration report obligation for all the
employees (Map 1), with some specificities concerning the identified employees (Maps 2 and 3), for the
credit institutions listed in the Instruction’ Annex II (CGD, BPI, Novo Banco, BCP, Santander Totta, Caixa
Central de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo, Caixa Económica Montepio Geral and Banif).
Both instructions entered into force on June 03rd.
