GENERAL INFORMATION
Nowadays these meetings are extremely important for the diffusion of the
Cosmetic Dermatology and, in this case, crossing geographical limits, many
dermatologist and other medical experts in related fields from various countries and different cultures, will be together for the exchange of knowledge,
learning, leisure, tourism, meeting and reunions.
The Congress will focus on the latest developments in all areas related
to Cosmetic Dermatology as well as in the discussion of issues related to
skin diseases – in Dermatology, beauty and health cannot be dissociated.
Therefore, several contemporary approaches of cosmetic and general and
surgical Dermatology will be included in the discussions.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology
(IACD) will hold its 10th World Congress at the Sul
America Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, from
November 14th to 16th, 2015. IACD is an academy based
in the United States that gather dermatologist, plastic surgeons, researches of clinical and surgery cosmetic dermatology. It has eminent members from many countries,
being a large and important world organization.
The 2nd IACD World Congress was held in 2000, in Rio de Janeiro, and now
we were able to bring it the 10th congress again to Rio de Janeiro, having
myself, Marcia Ramos-e-Silva, as its President and organizer, also being
IACD Vice President for South America.
