Anexo ao Certificado Sanitário de Quarentena de carne bovina e seus

This is to certify that the beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate are free from any
evidence of disseminating causative agent of any animal infectious disease in consequence of the
inspection referred to the Domestic Animal Infectious Disease Control Law./ Isto é para certificar
que as carnes e/ou produtos à base de carne objeto deste certificado estão livres de qualquer
risco de disseminação de agente causador de qualquer doença infecciosa animal conforme o
resultado da inspecção prevista na Lei de Controle de Doenças Infecciosas de Animais
Domésticos.
1.
There has been no outbreak of rinderpest since 1923, contagious bovine pleuropneumonia since
1942 and foot and mouth disease since 2011 in Japan./ No Japão, não há surto de peste bovina
desde 1923, de Pleuropneumonia Contagiosa Bovina desde 1942 e de febre aftosa desde 2011.
2． Japan is free from Rift Valley fever in accordance with the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of the
OIE./ O Japão é livre da febre Rift Valley, em acordo com o Código de Saúde de Animais
Terrestres da OIE.
3． Japan is classified as a country with negligible risk for BSE, with the Terrestrial Animal Health
Code of the OIE./ O Japão está classificado como un país com o risco negligenciável para a
BSE, em acordo com o Código de Saúde de Animais Terrestres da OIE.
4． The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate is derived from bovine animals that have
been born, raised and slaughtered in Japan./ As carnes e/ou produtos à base de carne objeto
deste certificado são derivados de animais bovinos que nasceram e foram criados e abatidos no
Japão.
5. The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate is derived from bovine animals that
were transported directly from the place of origin to the slaughterhouse by a mean of
transportation cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment, and no contact with animals that
sanitary conditions have not met the requirements for beef and beef product exported to

Brazil./ As carnes e/ou produtos à base de carne objeto deste certificado são derivados de
animais bovinos que foram transportados diretamente do local de origem até o abatedouro
por um meio de transporte limpo e desinfetado antes do embarque, e sem contato com animais
que não tenham cumpridas as requisitos para carne exportados para o Brasil.
6. The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate is derived from bovine animals that
were born after the ban on the feeding of meat-and-bone meal and greaves derived from
ruminants was effectively enforced on 1st November 2001./ A carne e/ou produtos à base de
carne objeto deste certificado são derivados de animais bovinos que nasceram após a
proibição de alimentação de ruminantes com farinhas de carne e ossos e gordura animal
derivadas de ruminantes ser efetivamente aplicada em 1º de novembro de 2001.
7. The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate is not derived from the animals that
were sacrificed as a result of eradication programs of infectious diseases./ As carnes ou
produtos à base de carne objeto deste certificado não são dos animais que foram sacrificados
em conseqüência de programas de erradicação de enfermidades infecto-contagiosas.
8. The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate was managed under the appropriate
controlled chilled or frozen temperature at the time of inspection by the Animal Quarantine
Service./ As carnes ou produtos à base de carne objeto deste certificado foi gerido sob a
temperatura refrigerada ou congelada controlada apropriada no momento da inspeção por
Serviço de Quarentena Animal.
9.
(For frozen meat) The beef and/or beef product covered by this certificate was not defrosted
during storage until the inspection by the Animal Quarantine Service./ (A carne bovina
congelada) As carnes ou produtos à base de carne objeto deste certificado não foi
descongelada durante a estocagem , até a inspeção realizada pelo Serviço de Quarentena
Animal.
10. Vessel and containers of the product covered by this certificate meet hygienic requirements
and are under good conditions to assure the temperature maintenance during the transport until
the inspection by the Animal Quarantine Service./ Os veículos ou equipamentos de transporte
dos produtos amparados por este certificado, encontram-se em condições adequadas de
higiene e manutenção e apresentam boas condições para assegurar a manutenção da
temperatura, durante o transporte, até a inspeção realizada pelo Serviço de Quarentena
Animal.

牛肉及び牛肉製品のブラジル向け輸出のための輸出検疫証明書別添（仮訳）
検疫証明書番号
本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、家畜伝染病予防法の規定に基づく検査の結果、家畜の
伝染疾病の病原体をひろげるおそれがない。
1. 日本においては、牛疫は 1923 年以降、牛肺疫は 1942 年以降、口蹄疫は 2011 年以降、
発生がない。
2． 日本は OIE の陸生動物衛生規約の規定によるリフトバレー熱清浄国である。
3． 日本は OIE の陸生動物衛生規約で BSE の無視できるリスク国に分類されている。
4． 本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、日本で生まれ、飼養され、と殺された牛由来である。
5.
本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、荷積み前に消毒され且つ清潔な輸送方法を通じて、
本衛生条件に定められた条件を満たさない動物と接触せずに原産地から屠畜場まで
直接輸送されたものである。
6.
本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、反すう動物由来の肉骨粉及び獣脂かすの反すう動物
への給与禁止が施行された 2001 年 11 月 1 日以降に生まれた牛由来である。
7.
本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、伝染性疾病の撲滅プログラムの結果、殺処分された
ものでない。
8.
本証明書の牛肉又は牛肉製品は、動物検疫所による検査時点において適切な管理され
た冷蔵又は冷凍温度管理下にあった。
9.
（冷凍肉の場合）製品は動物検疫所による検査までの保管中に解凍していなかった。
10.
製品のコンテナは衛生条件に適合し、動物検疫所による検査時点までの輸送中、温
度維持が保証される良好な状態にあった。
