Socicorreia – Real Estate Investiments has realized the inauguration of a new enterprise in Funchal, the Séc. XXI 6 Building. This
enterprise reiterates the bet of this company in the Autonomous Region of Madeira which continues presenting a great growth potential.
The event for its inauguration counted with the presence of various emblematic figures of this Region, namely the President of the
Regional Government of Madeira, Dr. Alberto João Jardim, who, once
again, has had the opportunity of acknowledging the works which
Socicorreia has been developing in this Island.
The Séc. XXI 6 Building is the most recent investment from Socicorreia – Real Estate Investments, in Funchal, with the value reaching
4,5 million euro and which is already 60% commercialized.

traz muitas novidades que prometem um ano
com muito trabalho e objetivos a cumprir.
Acabámos de inaugurar mais um empreendimento da
Socicorreia - Investimentos Imobiliários, o Edifício Séc. XXI 6. Este é o oitavo empreendimento de
promoção própria na Ilha da Madeira, um sinal positivo e
otimista no atual cenário (de crise) que prova que afinal
há obra em Portugal e que há empresas portuguesas a
trabalhar de forma determinada e com afinco, a criar postos de trabalho e riqueza nas regiões onde atuam, com
vista a acrescentar VALOR. Ainda, na Madeira, já estamos
a trabalhar em novos projetos. Temos em fase de arranque a construção do Edifício Séc. XXI 7, na Reta dos Canhas, na Ponta do Sol, e encontra-se em fase de estudo
a edificação do Edf. Séc. XXI 8, na Estrada Monumental.
A Socicorreia - Investimentos Imobiliários assume-se como uma empresa empreendedora com vontade de trabalhar de forma persistente para alcançar o

The first edition in 2013 of Socicorreia News brings us
many news that promise a year with much work and objectives to accomplish. We have just inaugurated one more enterprise by Socicorreia – Real Estate Investments,
the Séc. XXI 6 Building. This is the eighth enterprise of
its own promotion in the Island of Madeira, a positive optimistic signal in the current scenario (of crisis) which proves
that definitely there are works in Portugal and there are
Portuguese companies working in a determined way and
persistently creating work posts and riches in the regions
where they perform, aiming at adding VALUE. Still, in Madeira, we are already working in new projects. We have in a
starting stage the construction of the Séc. XXI 7 Building,
in the Reta dos Canhas, in Ponta do Sol, and we have in a
stage of study the edification of the Séc. XXI 8 Building, in
Estrada Monumental.
Socicorreia – Real Estate Investments assumes
itself as an enterpreneurial company willing to work in a
persistent way so as to achieve success. As a matter of
fact, the results obtained by the company in 2012 are motivating for the path drawn for 2013. We want to continue
to firm ourselves in the national market and are willing to
show the quality of our work beyond our borders. We keep
our bet of opening paths for other to feel motivated to enterprise, so that the national economy gains a new breath.
And we continue paying attention to every opportunity
which arise to revitalize the sector of the national real estate, namely the new rules of Access to a residence visa in
Portugal to citizens from outside the European Union who
intend to invest in Portugal and who are viewed with optimism in what concerns the attraction of new investors.

Os convidados começam a chegar e são recebidos “de
braços abertos” pela Administração da Socicorreia - Investimentos Imobiliários. Entre os convidados, destaque para o Senhor Presidente do Governo Regional da
Madeira, Dr. Alberto João Jardim, e outros responsáveis
de entidades e instituições parceiras da Socicorreia,
entre elas a instituição bancária BANIF.
Após os discursos inaugurais seguiu-se uma visita guiada ao empreendimento que teve como anfitrião Custódio Correia, um dos administradores da Socicorreia.
Durante a visita foi possível contar um pouco da história
deste edifício e mostrar in loco o trabalho desenvolvido
por toda a equipa da Socicorreia. Este é mais um Edifício que “fala por si” e onde as soluções arquitetónicas e
técnicas, as amplas áreas, assim como os materiais usados e os acabamentos apresentam-se como um cartão
de visita de excelência da Socicorreia.

The guests start arriving and are warmly welcomed by
the Administration of Socicorreia - Real Estate Investments. Among those invited, the highlights are
for the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Dr. Alberto João Jardim, and other responsible people
from entities and institutions partners of Socicorreia,
among them the banking institution BANIF.
After the inaugural speeches, a guided visit followed to
the enterprise, which had as its host Custódio Correia,
one of the administrators of Socicorreia. During the
visit it was possible to tell a little about the history of
this building and show in loco the work developed by
the whole Socicorreia team. This is one more Building
which “speaks for itself” and where the architectural
and technical solutions, the vast areas, as well as the
materials used and the finishing present themselves as
a visiting card of the excellence of Socicorreia.
