• Como negar com o verbo To be no
presente.
• Para se negar a única coisa que se precisa fazer, é acrescentar
a palavra “not” logo após o verbo to be. Exemplos:
• He is a good teacher.
AFFIRMATIVE
• They are nice persons.
He is not a good teacher.
NEGATIVE
They are not nice persons.
• De uma maneira menos formal pode-se usar o verbo to be de
forma contraida.
