Subject: Airline crew member access card
1.
Access for Airline crew members to the restricted areas of MIA are established as follows:
1.1. The access to the Aircraft Parking Area, the International Area and the Airport
Maintenance Area is authorised to Airline Transport Companies crew members while
on duty, as long as they display their Airline Company crew member's card.
1.2. However, if the above mentioned crew members are not in possession of their Airline
crew member's card, while on flight duty they must identify themselves by producing
their "Crew License", or the "Crew Member Certificate".
1.3. The cards to be issued by the Airline Transport Companies, based in the Macau
Territory to their crew members must fulfill the following conditions:

External dimension about 70mm x 60mm;
Name and signature of the holder;
A passport type colour photograph of the holder;
The word CREW must be visibly written in diagonal and in red;
The expire date must be written;
Company Identification.
2.
In order to comply with these regulations, shall the Airline Companies issue these cards as
above mentioned and within a period of time not longer than 2 (two) months. For
standardisation, a sample card is shown in annex. The validity period must not exceed two
years, with reference to the Month and the Year. Access cards shall be visibly displayed on
the upper left side of the user's chest. The card shall be returned to the Company as soon as
the holder ceases functions as a crew member or leaves the Company.
3.
The Company card is usually accepted in International Airports as a crew member
identification. Nevertheless, and in accordance with the International Rules described in the
Annex 9 of ICAO, the Identification Document for Pilots is the Crew License and the Crew
Member Certificate for all other cabin crew members. While on duty, all crew members
must carry along with them the above mentioned documents and produce them when
required.
4.
From now on, the card in Annex I will have 4 digits for the year of validity identification of
newly issued cards. Previously issued cards will remain valid until expiry date.

Assunto: Cartões de acesso para tripulação de companhias aéreas
1. O acesso de tripulantes das Companhias Aéreas às áreas restritas do Aeroporto Internacional de
Macau faz-se nos termos das seguintes normas:
1.1. Aos tripulantes das Companhias de Transporte Aéreo é autorizado o acesso às Plataformas
de Estacionamento de Aeronaves, à Área Internacional e Área de Manutenção do
Aeroporto, desde que, em exercício de funções, exibam o cartão da respectiva Companhia
de Aviação.
1.2. Quando, em serviço de voo, os tripulantes referidos no número antecedente não sejam
portadores do referido cartão da Companhia de Aviação, devem identificar-se exibindo a
“Crew License” ou “Crew Member Certificate”.
1.3. Os cartões a emitir pelas Companhias de Transporte Aéreo sediadas no Território de Macau
aos seus tripulantes deverão satisfazer às seguintes condições:

Dimensão exterior aproximada de 70mm x 60mm;
Constar o nome e assinatura do titular;
Incluir fotografia do tipo “passe” a cores;
Ter inscrita a palavra “Crew”, bem visível, em diagonal e a vermelho;
Mencionar o termo da validade;
Identificação da Companhia.
2. Para cumprimento destas normas deverão as Companhias Aéreas emitir cartões nos moldes
estabelecidos num prazo que não deverá ultrapassar os 2 (dois) meses.
Para efeitos de uniformização apresenta-se em anexo um modelo do cartão.
A data de validade deverá ser no máximo de 2 (dois) anos, com referência ao Mês e ao Ano.
Os cartões de acesso são exibidos permanentemente pelos utentes e são apostos no vestuário na
parte anterior esquerda do tronco e bem visíveis.
O cartão deverá ser recolhido se o titular deixar de desempenhar funções de tripulante ou
abandonar a Companhia.
3. O cartão da Companhia é normalmente aceite nos aeroportos internacionais como identificação
do tripulante. No entanto, e de acordo com as normas internacionais expressas no Anexo 9 da
ICAO, o documento identificativo é a “Crew License” para os pilotos e o “Crew Member
Certificate”, para os tripulantes de cabine.
Quando em serviço, os tripulantes devem ser portadores destes documentos e apresentá-los
sempre que para tal solicitados.
4. A partir de agora todos os novos cartões emitidos, de acordo com o cartão em Anexo 1 terão 4
digitos para a identificação do ano de validade. Os cartões préviamente emitidos manterãoa sua
validade até à data de expiração.

航空公司機組人員的澳門國際機場禁區通行證的規範如下：
1.1
各航空運輸公司的機組人員於執行職務時，出示航空公司的機組人員證
件，即獲批准進入停機坪，國際區及飛機維修區。
1.2
在執行飛行職務時，上述人員若未持有機組人員證件，則須出示機組人
員 執 照 （ CREW LICENSE ） 或 機 組 人 員 證 書 （ CREW MEMBER
CERTIFICATE）以証明其身份。
1.3
由澳門地區航空運輸公司向機組人員發出的證件，必須符合下列規格：

持有人護照式樣的彩色照片
印有斜向紅色的「CREW」字樣
註明有效日期

為了遵行此規範，航空公司須按上述規格在兩個月內發出證件。隨附件印有樣
本一張，以作為統一的標準。有效期不得超過兩年，並應註明年、月份。通行
證必須配戴於使用者胸膛左上方的明顯位置。
當持有人停止機組人員職務或離開公司時，必須即時將通行證交回該公司。

在各國際機場內，公司證件一般被視作機組人員的身份證明，然而，根據 ICAO
附件9所載的國際法例，機組人員執照（CREW LICENSE）為機師 的身份証明文
件，而機組人員證書（CREW MEMBER CERTIFICATE）則 為其餘機艙工作人員
的身份証明文件。
在執行職務時，所有機組人員必須帶備上述證件，並在有關方面的要求下出
示。
4.
所有新發出之機組人員通行証（附件一所視）上有效日期之年份須為四位數
字，但已發出之通行証可保留直至到期日。
