O Consulado-Geral em Chicago SOMENTE aceita correspondência
tramitada pelo correio norte-americano (United State Postal
Service).
 Pagamento
O Consulado-Geral em Chicago SOMENTE aceita pagamento por
Ordem de Pagamento (Money Order) emitida pelo correio norteamericano (United States Postal Service) em nome do “Consulate
General of Brazil in Chicago”.
 Atraso ou extravio de documentos
O Consulado não se responsabiliza por eventuais atrasos, perdas
ou extravios de documentos ou de money order tramitados por
correio.
Em caso de extravio, o interessado deverá dirigir-se a uma agência
do correio com seu “tracking number” e solicitar providências. Nesse
caso, nova documentação original deverá ser providenciada pelo
interessado, juntamente com novo pagamento.
IMPORTANT
 Mail
The Consulate accepts ONLY express mail envelopes carried by
the U.S. Postal Service - U.S.P.S.
Envelopes submitted by other carriers will be returned without
opening.
 Method of payment
The Consulate-General of Brazil in Chicago ONLY accepts
payments in the form of a Money Order issued by the United States
Postal Service (USPS), payable to the “Consulate-General of Brazil
in Chicago.”
 Delays, losses or stolen
The Consulate will not be held responsible for delays or losses of
documents or Money Orders sent or returned by mail.
In case of loss, the person should go to an agency of mail with your
"tracking number" and seek measures. In that case, new original
documentation must be provided by the interested party, along with
new payment.
