Dr. Sang Lee Keon é pesquisador sênior e vicediretor da GDPC (Centro de Desenvolvimento
de Parcerias Gobais) e do KRIHS (Instituto
Coreano de Pesquisas para Assentamentos
Humanos). Ele recebeu o B.S. licenciatura em
engenharia arquitetônica e M.S. graduação em Planejamento Urbano pela
Universidade Yonsei, de Seul, na Coréia, em 1986 e 1988. Ele também
recebeu Ph.D. em Engenharia Civil pela Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, EUA, em
1996, onde trabalhou para a aplicação das ICT para a área de transporte.
Ele está atuando como chefe da delegação Coreana em ISO/TC204. Durante
os últimos 23 anos, ele tem trabalhado como pesquisador de sistemas de
transportes inteligentes e ICT tecnologia aplicadas às diversas áreas de
transporte. Seus interesses de pesquisa atuais são padronização de
informações de trânsito e da globalização da tecnologia Smart City.
Especializado na área de cidade inteligente, ele fez apresentações em várias
conferências internacionais, como o recente IFHP (Federação Internacional
de Habitação e Planejamento) Centenário Congresso realizado em Londres.

Dr. Sang Keon Lee is senior research fellow and Vice Director of GDPC
(Global Development Partnership Center) of KRIHS (Korea Research
Institute for Human Settlements). He received the B.S. degree in
architectural engineering and M.S. degree in Urban Planning from Yonsei
University, Seoul, Korea, in 1986 and 1988. He also received Ph.D. degree
in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, USA in 1996, where he
has been worked for ICT application to transportation area. He is acting as
Korean head of delegation at ISO/TC204. During the last 23 years, he has
worked as a researcher for intelligent transport systems and ICT technology
applied to the various transportation areas. His current research interests
are ubiquitous traffic information standardization and globalization of Smart
city technology. Specialized in the field of smart city, he has been giving
presentations at many international conferences, such as the recent IFHP
(International Federation of Housing and Planning) Centenary Congress held
in London.
