Election of an Executive Board Member
José de Mello Saúde, S.A. hereby informs that, in a General Meeting and Board Meeting held
on 31st of July, was decided to enlarge the Board composition form 11 to 12 members and elect
Mr. Rui Alexandre Pires Diniz as member of the Board of Directors and Vice-President of the
Executive Committee to complete the present term (2013/2015).
The Board of Directors will have the following composition:
Salvador Maria Guimarães José de Mello (Chairman and CEO);
Pedro Maria Guimarães José de Mello (Vice-Chairman);
João Gonçalves da Silveira (Vice-Chairman);
