Rodrigo da Rosa Borges is vice president and chief investment officer at Franklin Templeton Investimentos Brasil in the fixed income group. He has been in
the investment industry since 1995 and joined Franklin Templeton in 2015.
Previously, Mr. Borges was the head of multi-asset and structured funds at HSBC Asset Management Brazil. Prior to that, he was the head of fixed income at
Votorantim Asset Management.
Mr. Borges holds a bachelor's degree in production engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo and a master's degree in economics from Insper Institute of
Education and Research.
