Com o intuito de preservar e oforecer um ambiente calmo e relaxante a todos os hópedes,
não é permitida a entrada de menores de 16 anos.
A direção do Enotel Spa reserva-se o direito de vedar o acesso, sem qualquer pré-aviso, a
algumas zonas de SPA por razões de manutenção, limpeza, eventos sociais, manutenção do
decoro ou outros motivos.
O acesso ao Enotel SPA está condicionado à assinatura de um termo de responsabilidade
por parte do cliente e aopreenchimento de um formulário sobre a sua condição física, com
o intuito de verificar a não existência de contra-indicações relativamente ao serviço de SPA
a prestar.
Toda a informação fornecida pelo cliente relativamente `a sua condição física é inteiramente
confidencial e será tratada com a máxima descrição.
É de responsabilidade do cliente a veracidade e correção da informação fornecida
relativamente a sua condição física.
A direção do Enotel SPA reserva-se o direito de interromper e recusar a continuação do
serviço de SPA contratado, em casos de assédio sexual, verbal ou não verbal, cobrando na
íntegra o valor do serviço inicialmente contratado. Nestas situações, o terapeuta deverá
abandonar de imediato a sala de tratamento e reportar a situação ao resonsável.
In order to preserve and provide a calm and relaxing environment for all our guests, it is not
allowed the entrance for teenagers under 16 years old.
The Management of the Enotel SPA reserves the right to block access, without prior notice
of some areas of the SPA for reasons of maintenance, cleaning, social events, maintaining the
propriety or otherwise.
The access to the Enotel SPA is conditioned upon the filling and signing of a form about the
customer physical condition, in order to verify the absence of contraindications to the
service of the SPA.
All information provided by the customer regarding their physical condition is entirely
confidential and will be treated with the utmost discretion.
It is the customer's responsibility, the truthfulness and correctness of information provided
regarding their physical condition.
The Management of the Enotel SPA reserves the right to interrupt and refuse the service at
the SPA in cases of sexual harassment, verbal or nonverbal, charging the full value of the
service initially hired. In these situations, the therapist will leave the treatment room
immediately and report the situation to the officer in charge.
We recommend that customers with appointments should arrive with an advance of 15
minutes before the scheduled time.
Os clientes com marcações de tratamentos deverão comparecer com uma antecedência de
15 minutos antes da hora marcada.
Delays for treatments involve the proportional reduction in the time of the treatment.
Atrasos na comparência para tratamentos implicarão a redução proporcional do tempo do
tratamento realizado.
We recommend that you do not bring valuables.You may leave them in the safe in your
room.
Recomendamos que não traga consigo objetos de valor pessoal, poderá deixá-los no cofre
do seu quarto.
By having a spa treatment it will allow you to enjoy the Wet Area for a period of 2 hours indoor pools and Jacuzzis.
A utilização da Wet Area deverá se efetuada, respeitando as normas de conduta e segurança
afixadas no local.
The use of the Wet Area shall be made respecting the rules of conduct and safety posted on
the site.
O Enotel Spa reserva-se o direito de alterar os horários, normas e tarifas sem aviso prévio,
comprometendo-se a publicitar as alterações efetuadas nos meios de suporte disponíveis.
The Enotel Spa reserves the right to change schedules, fares and rules without notice,
pledging to publicize the changes in the support means available.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTOS
Os cancelamentos de marcações de SPA deverão ser feitos com 24 horas de antecedência. No
caso de não comparência ou dos cancelamentos serem efectuados no próprio dia. O Enotel SPA
reserva-se o direito de cobrar 50% do P.V.P. dos tratamentos cancelados.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of appointments at the SPA must be made 24 hours in advance.
In case of no show or cancellations made on the same day, Enotel SPA reserves
the right to charge 50% of price of the treatment reserved.
