NORMAS DO SPA
O Spa é uma zona de relaxamento e tranquilidade, por esta razão não
é permitido causar ruídos desagradáveis nem falar em tom alto.
Pedimos que respeite a intimidade dos outros usuários evitando o uso de
telemóveis e ou outros aparelhos que poderão eventualmente causar
ruídos desagradáveis.
Não é permitido fumar no interior do spa.
Temos Roupões, chinelos e toalhas disponíveis.
A idade mínima para a utilização das nossas instalações e receber
tratamentos é de 16 anos.

The Spa environment is a area of relaxation and tranquility. Please
respect the privacy of all users of the Spa, please avoid the use of mobile
phones and talk loudly.
Smoking is not allowed.
Bathrobes, slippers and towels are available.
The minimum age for use of our facilities and receiving treatments is 16

HORA DE CHEGADA
A todos os clientes que tiverem tratamento no nosso spa,
recomendamos que chegue pelo menos 60 minutos antes da
marcação, para que assim tenha tempo suficiente para mudar de
roupa, relaxar e usufruir das nossas instalações. É preciso ter em conta
que um atraso poderá reduzir o tempo do seu tratamento.
É recomendável deixar todos os objectos de valor no cofre do seu
quarto no hotel, nem o spa nem o hotel responsabilizar-se-á por
quaisquer objectos perdidos nas nossas instalações.
ARRIVAL TIME
POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTO
Será cobrado 50% do valor do tratamento ou serviço se não desmarcar
o seu tratamento com 24 horas de antecedência. Em caso de não
comparência sem aviso prévio será cobrado o valor do tratamento por
completo.
To all the customers who have treatment at our spa, we recommend that
you arrive at least 60 minutes before the appointment, so that you have
enough time to change clothes, relax and enjoy our facilities. Please
note that a delay could reduce the time of your treatment.
We recommend leaving all valuables in the safe in your hotel room; the
spa or the hotel will not be responsible for any lost items in our facilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you cancel your treatments at least 24 hours in advance, in
the absence of any contact will be charged 50% of the treatment. In
case of no show it will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Our GYM timetable is the same as the operations of the spa.
We recommend the use of proper clothing.
It is not allowed the use of the equipment under age 16.
