Saúde humana e a construção socioambiental de sua natureza

A saúde humana é um fenômeno construído que, em sua abrangência social, aciona o pensar e o agir em
diferentes ambientes e temporalidades – aciona, portanto, a história da natureza humana e não humana. É um
fenômeno que se materializa a partir de diretrizes norteadoras para a ação pessoal e a ação conjunta presentes
em estruturas sociais criadas e com potencial resolutivo para a atenção/cuidado. A partir de uma universalidade
finita em relação à matéria biológica e outra infinita ao potencial de criação de ideias e seus desdobramentos
em descobertas, para as ações e reações organizadas [estruturas construídas] em torno da atenção as pessoas.
A massa biológica que preexiste, posta na construção do fenômeno saúde, requer apreensão em sua
constituição material. Então, a matéria que constitui o fenômeno saúde é comprimida pelos conhecimentos
gerados e que a constroem como fenômeno. Esta construção não assume somente tal massa biológica em
isolado, devido a própria natureza do fenômeno saúde humana. Ele é construído em decorrência dependente
e interdependente de outros fenômenos existentes e mesmo de outros construídos. Tais fenômenos possuem
naturezas diferentes físicas, químicas, biológicas, culturais, políticas e seus agrupamentos construídos
pelo conhecimento cientifico que as transformam em outras tantas naturezas integradas que assumem as
propriedades da natureza humana [socioambiental].
O que se refere acima diz o tanto e quanto é universal, finita e infinita, a saúde humana, como construção
expressa pelo conhecimento científico, transformado em orientador da ação e reação para a atenção/cuidado
as pessoas. Como efetiva construção de conhecimentos, que pode ser imediata ao requerido socialmente, e ser
eterna, até o limite da apreensão da natureza humana integrada com outras naturezas, através das estruturas
científicas postas em instituições sociais para essa atenção/cuidado.
Expressar a saúde como construção abstrata e concreta remete aos desafios constantes, para a criação
dos saberes no manejo de objetos empíricos e os objetos epistemológicos, no campo da cientificidade da força
humana que os produz.
The Journal of Nursing and Socioenvironmental Health [JONSE] criado pelo Programa de PósGraduação em Enfermagem da Escola de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande possui em seu
núcleo a Enfermagem como Área de conhecimento específico e interdisciplinar e outras áreas afins, os quais
criam os diversos objetos epistêmicos e os objetos da atenção - as particularidades das pessoas e seus limites
pelas coletividades do fenômeno saúde. Neste primeiro número se apresentam pesquisadores interessados na
produção de conhecimentos com abordagens teórico-metodológicas diversas e objetos assumidos em diferentes
ambientes de atenção individuais e coletivos: ambientes de formação profissional e ambientes de trabalho.
Para isto se assume uma plataforma multidisciplinar e interdisciplinar de divulgação de ideias criativas
estruturadas e seus desdobramentos em ações e reações, para a atenção as pessoas em suas particularidades e no
limite dessas nas coletividades. O objetivo é fortalecer de forma solidária as ideologias e políticas acadêmicas,
na construção do fenômeno saúde humana [socioambiental], no limite de base da ciência.

Human health and the socioenvironmental of its nature
Human health is a phenomenon built which, in its social comprehensiveness, activates the thinking
and the acting in different environments and temporalities – it then activates the history of the human and
non human nature. It is a phenomenon which is materialized from essential guidelines for the personal and
group action found in created social structures and with resolutive potential to attention/care. From a finite
universality in relation to the biological matter and other endless to the potential of creating ideas and its
developments in findings for the organized actions and reactions [built structures] concerning the attention to
people.
The preexisting biological matter, placed in the construction of the health phenomenon, demands
apprehension in its material constitution. Thus, the matter which constitutes the health phenomenon is
comprised by generated knowledge that builds it as a phenomenon. This construction does not take on such
biological matter alone, due to the nature of the human health phenomenon. It is built as a dependent and
interdependent result of other existing phenomena as well as of other built ones. Such phenomena have different
physical, chemical, biological, cultural, political natures and their groups built by the scientific knowledge
which transform them into many other integrated natures which take on the properties of the human nature
[socioenvironmental].
What is mentioned above refers to how universal, finite and endless is the human health, as a construction
expressed by the scientific knowledge, transformed into a guide of the action and reaction for the care to
people. As effective construction of knowledge, which can be immediate to what is socially required, and can
be endless up to the limit of the apprehension of the integrated human nature with other natures, through the
scientific structures placed in social institutions for this attention/care.
Expressing health as an abstract and concrete construction takes us to the constant challenges to create
knowledge in the handling of empirical objects and the epistemological objects in the field of the scientific
character of the human strength that produces them.
The Journal of Nursing and Socioenvironmental Health [JONSE] created by the Nursing Post Graduation
Program from the Nursing School of the Federal University of Rio Grande has in its core the Nursing as an
Area of specific and interdisciplinary knowledge and other similar areas, which create the several epistemic
objects and the attention objects – the characteristics of the people and their limits of the health phenomenon.
In this first issue, we present researchers interested in the production of knowledge with several theoreticalmethodological approaches and objects taken in different environments of individual and community care:
work and Professional preparation environments.
In order to do so, a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform for the diffusion of creative structured
ideas and their developments in actions and reactions, for the care for people in their characteristics and in the
limit of these collectives. The purpose is to strengthen the academic and political ideologies in the construction
of the health phenomenon [socioenvironmental], in the basic limit of the science.
