NOTICE TO THE MARKET
In accordance with articles 3 and 12 of CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, Invest Tur Brasil Desenvolvimento Imobiliário Turístico S.A. (BOVESPA’s Novo Mercado: IVTT3) (“Company” or
“Invest Tur”), clarifies and announces that it has received a notification from BANCO UBS PACTUAL.
(“UBS Pactual”), legal representative of the fund BLUE REEF INVESTMENT LLC (“Blue Reef”)
related to the acquisition of relevant shareholder participation of this fund in Invest Tur.
According to the information sent to the Company, on October 20, 2008 Blue Reef acquired a total of
57,500 common shares issued by the Company, equivalent to 6.08 % of the Company’s total capital
stock.
The Company clarifies also that, in accordance with the communication, the acquisition only aimed at
carrying out financial transactions and did not aim at changing the composition of control or
administrative structure of Invest Tur.
A free translation of the original notification sent by BANCO UBS PACTUAL is annexed to this Notice
to the Market.

Pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358, of January 03, 2002, as a legal representative of
BLUE REEF INVESTMENT LLC (“FUND”), non-resident investor , pursuant to CMN Resolution
2.689, of January 26, 2000, we hereby inform that the FUND, registered under Corporate
Taxpayer´s ID (CNPJ/MF) 08.840.547/0001-07, achieved on October 20, 2008 a shareholding
participation of 57,500 (fifty seven thousand and five hundred) common shares issued by INVEST
TUR BRASIL – DESENVOLVIMENTO IMOBILIÁRIO TURÍSTICO S.A. (“Company”),
corresponding to 6.08% (six dot zero eight percent ) from the total of 945.101 (nine hundred and
forty five thousand, one hundred and one) common shares issued by the Company.
We clarify that by acquiring the shares that compose the said participation, the FUND only aimed
at carrying out financial transactions, being also certain that it does not aim at changing the
composition of control or administrative structure of the Company. We also inform that the FUND
does not aim at achieving any particular participation.
