Um registo bilingue
1. O que é uma Certidão Permanente?
É o acesso, através da Internet, em tempo real e em qualquer momento, a
todos os registos de uma entidade registada numa conservatória do registo
comercial (sociedades, cooperativas, empresas públicas e outras entidades
sujeitas a registo comercial).
2. Como posso ter acesso a uma Certidão Permanente?
Fazendo um pedido de subscrição, pelo prazo de um, dois, três ou quatro
anos. Ao subscrever este serviço é-lhe atribuído, de imediato, um código de
acesso aos registos da entidade.
3. Onde posso pedir uma Certidão Permanente?
Na Internet, em qualquer um dos seguintes endereços:

- http://www.empresaonline.pt
- http://www.portaldaempresa.pt
- http://www.portaldocidadao.pt
ou em qualquer conservatória do registo comercial.

4. Quem pode pedir uma Certidão Permanente on-line?
Qualquer pessoa poderá efectuar o pedido de uma certidão permanente online. Não existe qualquer tipo de autenticação para utilizar este serviço.
5. Quais as vantagens de subscrever uma Certidão
Permanente?
Sempre que necessitar de uma certidão não precisa de ir a uma
Conservatória. Bastar-lhe-á entregar o código de acesso à entidade
requerente, para consulta on-line.
6. Qual a informação que consta de uma Certidão
Permanente?
A certidão permanente contém todos registos da entidade e todos os
pedidos de registo por transcrição ou por depósito, ainda pendentes de
elaboração
ou
confirmação,
sendo
que
relativamente
a
estes
é
disponibilizada informação sobre o número da Apresentação e/ ou do
Depósito pendentes com a identificação do tipo de actos requeridos.
7. Posso imprimir a Certidão Permanente?
Apesar de poder imprimir a certidão permanente, a impressão da
informação não tem o valor jurídico de certidão e não substitui a consulta da
certidão permanente no sítio da Internet.
8. A partir de e até quando posso renovar a Certidão
Permanente?
Não poderão ser renovadas assinaturas de certidões permanentes cujo prazo
de validade tenha expirado, ficando o respectivo código de acesso
automaticamente desactivado excepto para aquelas que estejam com um

pedido de renovação pendente (sem pagamento confirmado) que ainda
poderão ser visualizadas até um prazo máximo de cinco dias.
9. E se não me lembrar da data do fim de validade da
certidão?
De modo a alertar o requerente do fim do prazo de validade da certidão
permanente serão enviadas, por e-mail, três notificações: 30 dias antes, sete
dias antes e um dia antes.
10.
Ao renovar a minha certidão vou ter um novo código
de acesso?
Nas renovações, o código de acesso à Certidão Permanente mantém-se.
11.
Qual o custo de uma Certidão Permanente?
O custo da certidão permanente é o seguinte:
o Assinatura por um ano - € 19,5;
o Assinatura por dois anos - € 30;
o Assinatura por três anos - € 49;
o Assinatura por quatro anos - € 59.
As modalidades de pagamento disponíveis são: Visa/MasterCard, Multibanco
ou e-Banking.
O pagamento com cartão Visa/MasterCard permite a disponibilização
imediata da certidão permanente.

O pagamento por Multibanco ou e-banking disponibiliza a certidão
permanente nos seguintes horários:

Em que consiste o Registo Comercial Bilingue?
Na possibilidade de aceder, em versão inglesa e através do serviço da
certidão permanente, aos dados do registo comercial de qualquer entidade
portuguesa (sociedades, cooperativas, ACE’s, AEIE’s,...).

Quais as vantagens do Registo Comercial Bilingue?
O Registo Comercial Bilingue permite que qualquer interessado possa
conhecer, em língua inglesa e por via electrónica, a informação sobre a
situação jurídica dos registos de uma sociedade comercial ou outra entidade
portuguesa.

Qual o valor jurídico da certidão permanente na
versão inglesa?
Nos termos da lei, tem o mesmo valor jurídico que uma certidão permanente
em português.
15.
Como posso aceder ao Registo Comercial em Inglês?
Através da Internet, pedindo uma certidão permanente em inglês, em
qualquer um dos seguintes endereços:
o Portal da Empresa;
o Publicação On-Line de Acto Societário;
o Ou em qualquer conservatória do registo comercial.

Qual o custo de uma certidão permanente em versão
inglesa e quais as modalidades de pagamento?
O custo da certidão permanente na versão inglesa é idêntico ao da certidão
permanente portuguesa:
o Assinatura por um ano - € 19,5;
o Assinatura por dois anos - € 35;
o Assinatura por três anos - € 49;
o Assinatura por quatro anos - € 59.
As modalidades de pagamento disponíveis são: Visa/MasterCard, Multibanco

What is a Permanent Certificate?
It’s the online service which enables the access to the day-to-day updated
status of all the registries of companies registered in Register Offices
(companies, cooperatives, State-owned companies and other entities with
commercial registry).

How can I get a Permanent Certificate?
You have to make a request for a period of one, two, three or four years.
When subscribing this service you will be given, immediately, an access code
to the entity’s registries.

Where can I ask for a Permanent Certificate?
Through the Internet at:

Who can ask for a Permanent Certificate?
Anyone can ask for a Permanent Certificate. This service doesn’t require any
type of authentication.

Which are the advantages of subscribing a Permanent
Certificate?
Whenever a certificate is needed you don’t have to go to a Register Office.
You just have to hand out its
access code to the requesting entity. All
commercial registries are available online and updated day-to-day.
6.
What kind of information is in a Permanent Certificate?
The Permanent Certificate contains all the company’s registries, including
the requests by transcription or deposit pending on drafting or confirmation.
Regarding the latter, you are given information on the presentation and/or
deposit number, plus the type of registry requested.
7.
Can I print the Permanent Certificate?
Although you can print the Permanent Certificate, it has no legal value and
does not substitute its consultation online.

The Permanent Certificate which has expired can not be renewed. Its access
code is automatically deactivated except for those whose request is pending
(without confirmed payment). In these cases the Permanent Certificate can
still be consulted up to a maximum of five days.

What if I don’t remember the Permanent Certificate expiry
date?
In order to prevent this, three notifications will be sent via e-mail to the
applicant before the expiry of the Permanent Certificate: 30 days before, 7
days before and one day before.

When I renew my certificate will I have a new access code?
When renewing the Permanent Certificate, its access code remains the same.
11. How much does a Permanent Certificate cost and how can I
pay?
The costs are:
o Signatures for one year - €19.5;
o Signatures for two years - €30;
o Signatures for three years- €49;
o Signatures for four years- €59;
Available forms of payment: Visa/MasterCard, ATM or e-Banking.
Paying with VISA/MasterCard allows the immediate availability of the
Permanent Certificate.

What is the Bilingual Commercial Registry?
It is the service which enables the access to the Permanent Certificate service
in English, being possible to consult the commercial registry’s information of
any Portuguese entity (companies, cooperatives, complementary groups of
companies, European economic interest groupings…).
13. Which are the advantages of the Bilingual Commercial
Registry?
The Bilingual Commercial Registry allows any interested party to consult, in
English and online, the legal information of registries of any company or
other Portuguese entity.

14. What is the legal value of the Permanent Certificate in
English?
Pursuant to law, it has the same legal value of a Permanent Certificate in
Portuguese.

How I can consult the Commercial Registry in English?
Through the Internet, requesting a Permanent Certificate in English, at the
following addresses:
o Portal da Empresa (Company Portal);
o Publicação On-Line de Acto Societário (Online Publication of
Incorporation Deed);
or in any Commercial Register Office.
16. How much does a Permanent Certificate in English cost and
how can I pay?
A Permanent Certificate in the English costs the same as the Portuguese
version:
o Signature for one year - € 19,5;
o Signature for two years - € 35;
o Signature for three years - € 49;
o Signature for four years - € 59.
Available forms of payment are: VISA/MasterCard, Multibanco (ATM) or eBanking.

Permanent Certificate in English since it’s immediately submitted to our
translation services.
