Enables the posting of supplementary material (audio and video files, among others): The article Dr. Evandro Chagas in the Amazon: between the epic and the tragedy, published in the first issue, features a film from 1939. Provides access to in press articles; Uses an On-line Submission and Tracking System based on the Open Journal Systems (OJS), a software developed by the British Columbia University. This system was translated and customized by IBICT – Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia, and is named SEER – Sistema Eletrônico de Editoração de Revistas. It is important that the dissemination of information generate knowledge, giving health agents and managers means to take part in this discussion from the formulation of hypotheses to the participation in discussions on the results, particularly when this knowledge is generated by bodies linked to Brazil’s Ministry of Health.
