Cuidados de Enfermagem Hospitalar em atendimento a mulher Portadora de Câncer
de Pulmão

RESUMO
Devido a grande incidência de câncer no pulmão, ao assunto de extrema importância nos
dias de hoje em decorrência ao aumento de mulheres tabagistas, e a grande admiração aos
trabalhos executados no Hospital Amaral Carvalho na cidade de jaú, pretendemos enfocar
os cuidados de enfermagem em atendimento a mulheres portadoras de câncer no pulmão,
como inicio de uma carreira destinada ao tratamento das pessoas com esta patologia. Os
objetivos gerais este trabalho são, primeiramente definir o que é o câncer no pulmão, sua
etiologia, patologia, epidemiologia, prevenção, tratamento, mortalidade e sobrevida. Em
seguida enfocar qual deve ser o cuidado de enfermagem nos pacientes portadores desta
patologia. Os objetivos específicos são definir os cuidado de enfermagem hospitalar em
atendimento a mulheres portadoras de câncer no pulmão. Qual a importância da
enfermagem no processo de avaliação, tratamento e acompanhamento às pacientes. Este
trabalho é uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada através de livros e artigos publicados no
período compreendido entre 1996 e 2006. Para a devida coleta de dados através da internet,
foi feita a pesquisa no portal Hospital Amaral Carvalho e no site Scielo, utilizando-se como
parâmetros de pesquisas os termos: câncer, pulmão, enfermagem, tratamento hospitalar,
mortalidade, cuidados especiais/câncer, câncer no pulmão. Dos resultados dessa busca
foram selecionados vinte e seis artigos. Conclui-se que os cuidados de enfermagem nas
portadoras de câncer do pulmão devem ser associados ao acompanhamento psicológico
necessário para que, desta forma, a paciente tenha uma qualidade de vida melhor.

Well-taken care of Hospital Nursing in Attendance the Carrying Women of Câncer in the
Lung.
Proper the great incidence of cancer in the lung, to the subject of extreme importance
nowadays result to the increase of smokers women, and the great admiration to the works
executed in the Hospital Amaral Carvalho in the city of Jaú. I the lung, as beginning of a
career destined to the treatment of the people with this pathology. The general objectives of
this work are, first to define what it is the cancer in the lung, its etiology, pathology,
epidemiologic, prevention, treatment and mortality and supervened. After that to focus
which must be the care of nursing in the carrying patients oh this pathology. The specific
objectives of this work are to define the cares of hospital nursing in attendance the carrying
women of cancer in the lung. Which the importance of the nursing in the evaluation
process, treatment and accompaniment to the patients. This work is a bibliographical
research carried through thorough books and articles published in the understood period
being 1996 and 2006. For the had collection of data through the internet, the research in the
vestibule Hospital Amaral Carvalho and the site Scielo was made, using itself as research
parameters the terms: cancer, lung, nursing, hospital treatment, mortality, cares
special/cancer, cancer in the lung. Of the results of this search it was selected twenty six
articles. One concludes that the cares of nursing in the carriers of cancer of the lung must
associates to the necessary psychological accompaniment so that, in such a way, the patient
has a quality of better life.
