I.
Que de acordo com suas normas e
regulamentações internas, são instituições de
educação superior com plena capacidade legal
para estabelecer acordos e compromissos, e que
tem como fins essenciais a docência, a extensão e
a pesquisa.
II.
Que as pessoas que assinam o presente convênio
alegam sob juramento que seus respectivos status
legais lhes outorgam poder suficiente para obrigar,
nos términos do presente convênio, às instituições
que representam a manterem o vínculo com o
presente termo.
III.
Que consideram de importância fundamental para
o desenvolvimento de ambos os países em
atenção aos objetivos, fins e funções que a
sociedade e o Estado lhes confiaram, promover e
apoiar a docência, a pesquisa a extensão, razão
pela qual são de suas vontades firmar o presente
convênio de acordo com os termos e condições
que se estabelecem nas seguintes:

STATEMENTS
I.
That according to their internal rules and
regulations, are institutions of higher education
with full legal capacity to enter into agreements
and commitments, and whose essential purpose
teaching, extension and research.
II.
People who signed this covenant claim under oath
that their legal status grant them sufficient power
to compel, under the terms of this agreement, the
institutions they represent to maintain the link
with this term.
III.
They consider crucial for the development of both
countries into account the objectives, purposes
and functions that society and the State entrusted
them, promote and support the teaching, research

accordance with the terms and conditions that are
established in the following:

CLÁUSULAS
PRIMEIRA. O presente convênio tem como objetivo
estabelecer as bases e critérios sobre os quais a "UNIT" e a
“_______” realizarão ações conjuntas de cooperação
acadêmica, científica e cultural para o enriquecimento das
funções educativas que desempenham.
FIRST. This agreement aims to establish the basis and

ambas as partes;

os orçamentos para cada atividade, a definição de fontes de
financiamento, profissionais envolvidos, instalações e
equipamentos a serem utilizados, calendário de trabalho,
assim como tudo o que for necessário para determinar com
exatidão os fins e alcances de cada um dos convênios que
serão os instrumentos operativos do presente acordo de
cooperação.

fornecidos pelas partes total ou parcialmente.

DÉCIMA PRIMEIRA. O profissional de cada uma das partes
que seja designado para a realização conjunta de qualquer
ação visando à execução do presente convênio, continuará
de forma absoluta sob a direção e dependência da parte
com a qual tem estabelecida sua relação empregatícia ou o
tenha contratado, de modo que não haja relação alguma
com a outra parte, sendo assim que, em nenhum caso
poderá se considerar patrões substitutos e, portanto, cada
uma das partes assume as responsabilidades para que tal
relação lhes corresponda.
ELEVENTH. The work of each of the parties that is

dependence and under the direction of the party with which
it has established a relationship of employment or has
contracted, so there is no relationship whatsoever to the
other party, so that in no case can be considered substitutes

DÉCIMA SEGUNDA. O presente convênio entrará assim
que o mesmo seja assinado pelas partes, terá uma
vigência de cinco anos e deixará de surtir seus efeitos
legais quando assim determinem as partes por mútuo
acordo, ou quando uma delas comunique com três meses
de antecedência e por escrito à outra seu desejo de dá-lo
por concluído. Se houver ações de cooperação em curso,
o convenio se dará por terminado assim que tais ações
sejam cumpridas.
TWELFTH. This Agreement shall enter so that it is signed by

DÉCIMA TERCEIRA. O presente convênio poderá ser
renovado ou modificado por vontade das partes durante
sua vigência, levando-se em conta a normatividade

correspondentes, obrigando-se as partes às novas condições
estipuladas, a partir da data de sua assinatura.
DÉCIMA QUARTA. As partes manifestam que a assinatura
deste convênio e os compromissos contraídos nele, são
produto de sua boa fé, de modo que realizarão todas as
ações necessárias para seu devido cumprimento; em caso
de apresentar alguma discrepância sobre sua interpretação,
esta será resultado de mútuo acordo.
DÉCIMA QUINTA. Fica eleito o Foro de Aracaju, Sergipe,
para dirimir as questões porventura surgidas em
decorrência do presente Instrumento e que não puderem
ser decididas pela via administrativa, não implicando a
