UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL PROGRAMA DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO EM CIÊNCIAS PNEUMOLÓGICAS Mestrado e Doutorado PNP-65 Manifestações Pulmonares das Infecções por Fungos Oportunistas e Patógenos Primários Créditos: 2 (30 horas-aula) Professor: Prof. Luiz Carlos Severo OBJETIVOS • Revisar aspectos ecológicos, clínicos, ocupacionais, epidemiológicos, radiológicos, imunológicos (imunidade celular, soromicologia) e histopatológicos (reação granulomatosa) das micoses. • Tematizar o diagnóstico laboratorial: colheita, transporte, processamento do espécime clínico; identificação microbiológica, divulgando os comemorativos úteis na triagem das infecções micóticas e estabelecer critérios diagnósticos para as micoses sistêmicas por fungos patógenos primários e oportunistas.
