Preparação das Superfícies

As superfícies deverão estar secas. Limpar e desengordurar todas as
superfícies lisas com o Líquido de Limpeza Effisus Setup PR.
Em superfícies porosas, como betão, retirar todas as partículas soltas
e aplicar o Primário Effisus Coat NP. Deixar o Primário secar.
Não é permitida a colagem em superfícies geladas, ou com
temperaturas inferiores a -10ºC. Entre 5ºC e -10ºC aplicar sempre o
Primário Effisus Coat NP.
Encaixe

Aplicar a Membrana Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge encaixando o
perfil EPDM incorporado na membrana na ranhura compatível do
perfil de caixilharia e/ou fachada.
Colagem

Colar progressivamente ao substrato a extremidade da Membrana
Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge com banda auto-adesiva
incorporada à medida que se retira a película protectora.
Pressionar firmemente com um rolo de aço a superfície de colagem.
Juntas de Sobreposição

As juntas de sobreposição deverão ter um mínimo de 80mm.
Cortar o perfil de encaixe da membrana onde necessário, de forma a
permitir uma perfeita justaposição entre a membrana inferior e
superior. Aplicar 2 cordões de Adesivo Effisus Bonding KF com
diâmetro de 8 a 10mm sobre a Membrana Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix
SA-Edge inferior. Sobrepor a Membrana Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SAEdge superior e pressionar firmemente com um rolo de aço (até que o
adesivo se espalhe numa camada uniforme com aprox. 1mm de
espessura).

Para selagens perimetrais, de cantos e outros remates poderá ser
utilizado o Selante Effisus Block JP.

Substrate Preparation

All substrates should be dry. Please clean all non-absorptive, smooth
substrates using the Effisus Setup PR Cleaner.
Remove any loose material from absorptive, porous substrates, such
as concrete, and subcoat these substrates with the Effisus Coat NP
Primer. Allow the primer to flash off.
Bonding operations can not be carried out at temperatures bellow
-10ºC. For temperatures between 5ºC and -10ºC always subcoat the
substrates with Effisus Coat NP Primer.
Profile Fitting

Firmly press the profile attached to the Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SAEdge Membrane into the mounting recess of the window profile.
Connection Operations

Remove the protective foil of the self-adhesive edge of the Effisus
Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge Membrane and progressively adhere the
membrane to the substrate. Use the steel roll to apply pressure and
get a good bonding.
Overlaps

Seams between Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge Membranes should
have a minimum overlap of 80mm.
Cut the profile in a way so that you can have a flat overlap of the two
Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge Membranes.
Apply 2 beads with 8-10mm diameter of the Effisus Bonding KF
Adhesive on top of bottom Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge
Membrane, connect both membranes and press on using a steel roller
(until the adhesive has spread into a 1mm thick layer.

Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix SA-Edge Membrane perimeter, inner and
outer corners, and other details, can be sealed with the Effisus Block
JP Sealant.
