Our selection of accessories for handrails in stainless steel:
You can find this line of products in two finishes: Polish 600 grain and Satin 240 grain. The polish finish 600 grain, offers a
higher resistance to corrosion and it is recommended for outdoor use.
This line is designed in two different qualities of Stainless Steel, AISI 304 and AISI 316.
Staintess steel AISI 316 is a great solution for wet, humid and saline environments.

Notre ligne pour garde- corps en inox:
Toute la gamme est disponible en deux finitions: Satiné et Poli. Le poli miroir, grain 600, offre une meilleure résistence
face à la corrosion que le satiné, grain 240. Pour cette raison, la finition poli est la plus recommandable pour des montages
à l’extérieur.

Toute notre gamme de produits est dessinée en deux types d’acier inoxydable: AISI 304 et AISI 316. L’acier inoxydable
AISI 316 est une solution excellente pour les environnements humides et marins.

The Ring Adaptor gives you the advantage of
reducing stock.
With this Ring, all our codes for 42,4x2 mm tubes are
also suitable for 43x1,5 mm tubes and 42,4x1,5 mm.
You just need to glue the Ring to the product and fix
it to the 43x1,5 mm tube; the piece will be perfectly
fixed.
L’anneau adaptateur vous offre la possibilité de
réduire votre stock.
Avec cet anneau, toutes les références pour tube de
42,4x2 mm sont d’ailleurs utiles pour tube de 43x1,5
mm et 42,4x1,5 mm. Il ne faut que coller l’anneau à

Recomendaciones para su instalación.
Fijación Tradicional:
1- Soldar el tubo a la base.
2- Atornillar la base mediante tirafondos.
3- Se recomienda la colocación a presión de una Tapa
Base que embellece la unión.
Alternativas a la Soldadura:
1- Introducir el tubo en la base y fijar con el tornillo
prisionero de la base. El tubo queda perfectamente fijado.
2- Atornillar la base mediante tirafondos.
1- Aflojar los tornillos que sujetan la placa de anclaje.
2- Taladrar el tubo a las distancias requeridas.
3- Introducir la placa en el tubo haciendo coincidir los
taladros.
4- Unir atornillando el conjunto cilindros base a la
placa de anclaje.
5- Atornillar la base mediante tirafondos.
1- Proceder a limpiar cuidadosamente las
superficies a unir.
2- Aplicar el adhesivo AD100 tanto a la
superficie de unión de la base como al
interior del tubo.
El tubo queda perfectamente fijado.
3- Atornillar la base mediante tirafondos.
1- Taladrar el tubo a las distancias requeridas.
2- Unir atornillando el conjunto cilindros base
al tubo.

1- Furar e enroscar o tubo.
2- Fixar o suporte, dependendo do código:
• parafusar na parede ou.
• unir com adesivo AD100 (recomenda-se limpar
cuidadosamente as superfícies a unir).
3- Fixar o suporte ao tubo com 2 parafusos inox M.5. (a
exceção dos códigos AB0290 e AB0295 cujo fixação é com
um parafuso inox M.6.)
Se na união aparafusada se quiser aumentar a sujeição,
podem ser aplicadas umas gotas de Adesivo AD100 nos parafusos em inox de fixação, perdendo assim a possibilidade
de desmontar a união.

1- Taladrar y roscar el tubo.

Si on veut renforcer l’union de la pièce au tube, on peut

inox de fixation, renonçant de cette manière à la possibilité de

extraer pieza soporte pasamanos.

(2 taladros M.5).
5- Fijar soporte a tubo pasamanos.
6- Introducir pieza soporte pasamanos en la base y fijar
con los tornillos prisioneros (2).
1- Soltar parafusos prisioneiros (2) da peça base, e
extrair a peça suporte corrimão.
2- Perfurar e enroscar o tubo para fixar a peça
base (M.6).
3- Segurar peça base com parafuso M.6x15
4- Parafusar e enroscara tubo corrimão para fixar o
suporte (2 parafusos M.5).
5- Fixar suporte ao tubo corrimão.
6- Introduzir peça suporte corrimão na base e fixar
com os parafusos prisioneiros (2).

1- Loosen the lower setscrew, in order to take apart the 2 components of the connector: the base and the Midrail subjection.
2- Drill and thread the tube.
3- Join the base to the tube with M.6 ss screws.
4- Slide the midrail into the subjection piece’s hole.
5- Join both pieces and fix them tightening the
setsecrews of the midrail and the base.

1- Afrouxar o parafuso sem cabeça inferior para separar os dois componentes do
conector: a base ao tubo e à sujeição da vareta.
2- Furar e enroscar o tubo.
3- Unir a base ao tubo através de parafuso M.6.
4- Deslizar a vareta no furo da peça de
sujeição.
5- Unir ambas as peças e fixá-las apertando os parafusos sem cabeça da vareta e
da base.
1- Enlever la vis de pression inférieure pour séparer les deux parties du connecteur: la base à tube et le support de baguette.
2- Percer et fileter le tube.
3- Fixer la base au tube en utilisant une vis en inox M.6.
4- Mettre la baguette dans le trou du support.
5- Fixer le deux pièces en vissant les vis de pression de la base et du support de baguette.

superficies a unir.
2- Aplicar el Adhesivo AD100.
3- La tapa queda unida al tubo de manera
permanente.
• Fijación tipo 2:
Terminales
Los terminales planos, curvos y cúpula
ofrecen una nueva forma de instalación:
1- Se coloca el Terminal en el extremo del
tubo, y se introduce en el interior con un
golpe seco de un martillo de nylon o
goma para no dañar la pieza.
2- El Terminal queda perfectamente fijado al
tubo gracias a la superficie moleteada
del mismo.

posibilidad de colocar en el interior de la grapa un
eje de seguridad taladrando el cristal.

separar em dois a peça.
3- Parafusar ao tubo a base do suporte
4- Colocar o vidro.
5- Finalizar a montagem do suporte.

Nota: Se for necessário um maior reforço existe a possibilidade de colocar no interior do suporte um eixo de
segurança furando o vidro.
1- Drill and thread the tube.
2- Loosen the screws of the glass clamp and take the
two pieces apart.
3- Screw the base of the glass clamp to the tube.
4- Place the glass in the desired position.
5- Finish the assambly.

Tip: If a mayor subjection is requiered you could use a security
pin. The security pin would be placed in the inside of the Glass
Clamp drilling the glass.
1- Percer et fileter le tube.
