The plant produces low cost pharmacos defined by the Stat and the private is responsible to obtain the necessary registration within the Sanitation National Agency (ANS) on behalf of FURP. Benefits: • Road maintenance and conservation at the plateau and at the contours from Caraguatatuba and São Sebastião • New runway construction at hills extension • Improved quality of services provided to the users • Reduce the number of accidents in the highway Social Purpose Housing Housing Secretariat Contractual term: 20 year Contract signature: 23/03/2015 Total Investment: R$ 919 millions Status: preliminary arrangements Object: Concession for the construction of 3.683 housing units in the central area of São Paulo, with 2.260 Social Interest Houses (HIS) and 1.423 Popular Market Houses (HMP), with the deployment of equipment and urban improvements, as well as the provision of services in HIS condominiums: (i) supporting the condominium management; (ii) management of borrowers portfolio; (iii) development of pre-occupation social work; (iv) development of post-occupation social work; and (v) building maintenance.
