The commercial warranty is also a decreasing value warranty. In the sense that over its 5 year
term a depreciation value factor of 1/5 per year will apply.

considéré comme un défaut de matière produit mais est classé comme une usure normale.
Pour les applications en usage commercial, des rayures superficielles sont considérées comme
résultant de l’utilisation quotidienne et donc ne rentrent pas dans les conditions de déclenchement
de la garantie.
La garantie ci-dessus ne s’applique pas aux:
- Toutes les applications institutionnelles, y compris mais non limité à des hôpitaux et des
bâtiments d’état recevant du public.
- Les zones commerciales à très fort passage, tels que mais non limité à, les aéroports, les

La garantie commerciale est aussi une garantie en valeur décroissante . En ce sens que, au cours

oorspronkelijke koper (de originele factuur is het enige geldige aankoopbewijs) voor commerciële
activiteiten in gebouwen, onder alle hierboven vermelde voorwaarden. Bovendien moet het
volgende in aanmerking worden genomen: een vermindering van de glans geldt niet als slijtage
van het oppervlak. Voor deze toepassingen dienen oppervlakkige krassen op het oppervlak door
dagelijks gebruik aanvaard te worden.
De hierboven vermelde garanties zijn niet van toepassing op:
- alle institutionele toepassingen, zoals maar niet beperkt tot ziekenhuizen en
overheidsgebouwen
- plaatsen met intensieve handelsactiviteiten, zoals maar niet beperkt tot luchthavens,
lobby’s, scholen en kapperszaken
- andere plaatsen met veel verkeer en een onmiddellijke toegang tot de straat.

20 anos de garantia para uso residencial
A Parcolys Flooring NV, garante a partir da data da compra ( data da factura ), que os produtos
acima especificados não têm defeitos de fabrico nem de material. Esta garantia é válida por 20
anos para uso residencial e após a submissão de uma reclamação de defeito do material sob
esta garantia . Deve ser apresentada a factura de compra original, datada e com o carimbo do
distribuidor ou do retalhista.
A garantia oferecida pela Parcolys Flooring NV só será válida se forem satisfeitas as seguintes
condições .
* / Esta garantia não é transferível , apenas o comprador original (o indicado na factura ) do
pavimento pode fazer uma reclamação ao abrigo da garantia após a primeira instalação do
pavimento. Esta garantia aplica-se a todas as compras de produtos acima especificados da
Parcolys Flooring NV, efectuadas após a data de emissão da presente garantia.
* / Esta garantia aplica-se apenas aos defeitos inerentes ao material fornecido. Isto significa
qualquer defeito de material ou produção, reconhecidos pelo fabricante. Eventuais defeitos de
fabrico apenas poderão ser confirmados após testes e a Parcolys Flooring NV reparará ou
substituirá o produto de acordo com a sua escolha. Se for acordado substituir parte do
pavimento, apenas serão substituidos os paineis danificados, e só serão fornecidos pelo
distribuidor ou retalhista novos painéis do actual programa de fornecimentos na altura da
confirmação da reclamação. Não haverá outra forma de compensação.
* / A garantia aplica-se apenas se o pavimento tiver sido instalado de acordo com as instruções
de instalação do fabricante e utilizando os acessórios aprovados pela Parcolys Flooring NV.
Em caso de dúvida , consulte o seu revendedor ou a Parcolys Flooring NV para informações
adicionais. Deve ser possível fornecer a prova de conformidade com as instruções de instalação e
manutenção recomendadas pelo fabricante. Estas instruções encontram-se no interior da
embalagem de cartão ou em cada embalagem individual de acessórios. Se as instruções não
forem encontradas aí, devem ser solicitadas ao fabricante, distribuidor/retalhista ou podem ser
visualizadas no website www.aquastep.be. Se a instalação não for executada pelo utilizador final,
o instalador deverá fornecer-lhe pelo menos uma cópia destas instruções de instalação e
manutenção, assim como as condições da garantia (no folheto ou www.aquastep.be)

interior de uso residencial. Para outras aplicações, veja "Termos e condições comerciais de

deve ser pedida ao fabricante uma garantia individual por escrito.
* / O pavimento e acessórios deve ser cuidadosamente inspeccionado no que respeita a defeitos
de material antes e durante a instalação. Em nenhuma circunstância devem ser instalados
produtos com defeitos visíveis. O distribuidor deve ser informado por escrito sobre esses defeitos
no prazo de 15 dias. Após este prazo, não serão aceites quaisquer reclamações.
* / Os danos no produto devem ser evidentes, medindo, por produto (painel, acessório, etc.) pelo
menos, um cm2.

- Defeitos ocultos. São defeitos invisíveis antes ou durante a instalação do pavimento laminado.
- O custo de remoção e substituição do material será suportado pelo comprador.
A Parcolys Pisos NV não é responsável por custos de mão de obra encargos de instalação ou
quaisquer custos semelhantes secundários.
- Em nenhumas circunstâncias a Parcolys Flooring NV será tida por responsável por qualquer
perda de tempo, inconveniência, despesas, custos ou outros danos consequenciais causados ou
resultantes, directa ou indirectamente, de um problema sobre o qual foi apresentada uma
reclamação.
Danos especiais e acidentais indiretos não são recuperáveis nos termos desta garantia.
*/ A garantia será anulada se o dano no produto é, ou foi , causado por:
- Erros de instalação
- Acidentes , quedas de objectos, condições abusivas ou acidentes, tais como, mas não
exclusivamente, danos de natureza mecânica, como por exemplo impactos fortes, riscos
(causados pelo arrastar da mobília) ou cortes. Os pés das mobílias devem ter sempre um material
de protecção apropriado. As mobílias com rodízios devem ter rodas de borracha macia e devem
ser colocados tapetes de protecção ou outras protecções apropriadas para rodízios de mobílias
A introdução de areia e/ou poeiras no pavimento deve ser evitada mediante a instalação de um
tapete adequado à entrada de todas as portas exteriores.
- Manutenção inadequada, uso indevido de detergentes , produtos químicos e substâncias
corrosivas.
- Danos causados por combustão (por exemplo, de cigarros) .
- Pavimentos instalados em locais que não são apropriados ou adequados para o pavimento
usado.
- O uso inadequado - por exemplo, para aplicações ao ar livre , piscinas, etc
- A exposição a temperaturas extremas tais como, saunas, fontes de calor a incidir directamente
no pavimento, acima de 50 °C ,deve ser evitada. Ao instalar em salas com forte exposição solar
com incidência directa do sol sobre o pavimento leva ao excesso de aquecimento e
consequentemente à expansão e deformação do mesmo. Movimento do pavimento devido ao
aquecimento excessivo da superfície não é coberto pela garantia do produto.
* / O pavimento não deve ser instalado sob elementos fixos, ex. bancadas de cozinha ou casas
de banho uma vez que desta forma se impede o normal trabalhar do pavimento.
* / Parcolys Flooring NV não oferece qualquer outra garantia, expressa ou implícita para além da
garantia aqui descrita, incluindo qualquer garantia de comerciabilidade ou adequação do produto
para uma finalidade especifica nem qualquer outro recurso para além dos aqui expressos.
* / A garantia oferecida é uma garantia de valor decrescente, em que ao longo da vida do produto
o seu valor sofre uma depreciação anual igual a 1/20. Os serviços prestados por esta garantia
não se estendem para além do período de garantia original.
* / Parcolys Flooring NV reserva-se o direito, e deve ser-lhe proporcionada essa oportunidade, de
examinar reclamação no local e, se for caso disso, inspeccionar o pavimento tal como está

5 anos de garantia para uso comercial
A garantia comercial é válida para os pavimentos e acessórios da Parcolys Flooring NV por um
período de 5 anos a partir da data de compra pelo primeiro proprietário ( factura original é a única
prova válida de compra) sob todas as condições acima especificadas. Além disso, deve ser
tomado em consideração que uma redução no nível de brilho da superfície dos pavimentos não
pode ser considerada como um defeito do produto mas antes como um desgaste normal. Em
aplicações comerciais, riscos superficiais são normais e devem ser aceites como resultado do uso
diário.
A garantia acima não se aplica a :
- Todas as aplicações institucionais, incluindo mas não limitadas a hospitais e edificios
governamentais
- Áreas comerciais intensivas, como mas não limitadas a, aeroportos, escolas e cabeleireiros.
- Outros locais de trafego intensivo e com acesso directo à rua.

Para as áreas e aplicações que não são abrangidas pela garantia de uso comercial de 5 anos ,
deve ser pedida ao fabricante uma garantia específica ao fabricante antes do início do instalação.
A garantia comercial é uma garantia proporcional (pró rata) sendo aquela que proporciona um
reembolso ou crédito que diminui de acordo com uma fórmula definida, à medida que o período
da garantia vai avançando. Esta garantia comercial é de 5 anos e sofre uma depreciação anual
de 1/5.
O texto original em Holandês desta garantia prevalece sobre quaisquer erros de tradução e é
válido em todos os momentos.
