Eric Jasper practices in the areas of Antitrust, Regulation and
Infrastructure, and Product Liability, where he represents clients in both
administrative and judicial proceedings and also provides preventive
counseling in antitrust compliance through the review of client business
practices.
Mr. Jasper worked with the Brazilian federal administration from 2004 to
2009 with special focus on competition and regulation. He was also an
active member of the International Competition Network – ICN and
attended meetings of the OECD’s Committee on Competition.
Prior to rejoining Levy & Salomão, Mr. Jasper was an associate at
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, LLP in Brussels.
Mr. Jasper holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade UniCEUB de
Brasília, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Columbia Law School and a
Master of Arts in Philosophy from the Universidade de Brasília. He is
fluent in Portuguese and English.
