Marinated Mozarella salad

4 Mozzarella cheeses, sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Black peppercorns (to taste)
Olive oil (to taste)
6 basil leaves
1/2 lime
1 natural yoghurt
1 small chili pepper, chopped
Salt (to taste)
Preparation

Cut the mozzarella into very thin slices and season With salt, pepper, olive oil, grated rind of the lime and a little
basil. Slice the bell peppers into very thin strips.

In a small bowl, mix yoghurt, a little salt, lime juice and pepper.

Arrange the cheese slices on a platter, sprinkle over the red and green bell peppers, the finely chopped chili pepper
and, last of all, the yoghurt sauce.
