Slice the bell peppers into very thin strips. 2 In a small bowl, mix yoghurt, a little salt, lime juice and pepper. 3 Arrange the cheese slices on a platter, sprinkle over the red and green bell peppers, the finely chopped chili pepper and, last of all, the yoghurt sauce.
