Comparativo de Igualdade
É utilizado para dizermos que duas coisas, pessoas ou grupos são iguais
ou não. Para isso há algumas maneiras de fazermos.
1. O comparativo de igualdade pode ser formado colocando-se o adjetivo
entre as palavras as...as (tão...quanto).
Francis is as beautiful as Anna.
2. Caso a sentença esteja na forma negativa, teremos duas maneiras de
construir este comparativo, que poderá ser feito com as...as ou so...as.
Brazil is not as rich as Canada.
ou
Brazil is not so rich as Canada.

Comparativo de Inferioridade
Usamos este comparativo para afirmarmos que alguma pessoa ou
coisa é inferior em relação à outra.
Para termos o comparativo de inferioridade, precisaremos colocar
as palavras less...than (menos ... do que) e o adjetivo no meio delas.
This apartment is less expensive than that house.

Este comparativo é empregado para mencionarmos que algo é
superior ou não com relação à outra.
Há várias maneiras de formarmos o comparativo de superioridade
e são elas:
1.Colocamos er than no final do adjetivo de uma sílaba.

2.Caso o adjetivo possua mais de duas sílabas ou tenha a tônica na
primeira sílaba (como ocorre em useful, famous), acrescentaremos more
antes do adjetivo e than após ele.

(C+V+C), dobraremos a última consoante e, depois, acrescentaremos
er.
