MilkTherm
Pasteurizer
units
are
presented in 5 versions, all fully preassembled and frame-mounted, equipped
with
one
balance
tank,
plate
heat
exchanger, centrifugal pumps, , holding
time, differential pressure control hot
water
system
with
heat
recovery,
automatic process valves with feedback,
and instrumentation.
Flow, temperature, pressure monitoring
and control as well as having full CIP
compatibility are features on basic design.
MilkTherm Pasteurizer equipment options
such
as
deareator,
Separator/automatic standardizing
milk
unit,
Bacteria Clarifier, Homogenizer, extended
holding time for special milk products,
cream cooler, etc. are available on request.
APPLICATION
T4F MilkTherm Pasteurizer units can be used in a wide range of dairy products (whole / standardized
milk, fresh cheese milk, kefir milk), etc.
Standard models are able to handle flows from 4.000 to 20.000 l/h which cover almost all range of
demands and fit perfectly on the common market separator/homogenizer models.
Top Engineering design, platform-based units with pre-tested software, instrumentation and
electrical equipment allows for easy and economical installation/commissioning.
