OUR LADY OF FATIMA FEAST (September 6th & 7th 2014)
Once again we ask for your generous donations for flowers which be
done through Mrs. Ilusinda Simões or at the Parish office. Items for the
bazaar can be left at the office or in the basement hall. We invite
Children from the 1st communion/ confirmation or any children to dress
as Angels to go in the procession call Nicole Goulart at 519-453-0338
or Connie Brandao at 519-685-6312. Parish groups call the office to
confirm your names for the procession.
Parish Picnic (Sunday September 14)
We invite all of you to come and be part of our annual Parish picnic. Bring a
food item to share with everyone. It will begin after the 11:00 am Mass.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
A preparation course for the Catechumen will begin this fall at St. Patrick’s
Church. If you know someone who has expressed the desire to become a
Catholic please extend this invitation to them to join the program. Call the
Parish @ 519-455-4740 for more information. As the Catechumen go
through their journey we ask that you keep them in your prayers.
SCHOOL TIME AGAIN! (WELCOME BACK)
September is here again; a special welcome back to all children, teachers
and staff, for a new successful year of teaching and learning. Let us keep
them in our prayers as they journey into their new school year!
PRAYER FOR BACK TO SCHOOL
Dear God, Thank you for the gift of children. Please watch over them as they
go back to school this year. Keep them safe every day. Help them to
remember that you are right there with them in the halls and classrooms.
Help them soak up good knowledge and to dismiss any negative or worldly
messages they may hear. Help them treat others with kindness and respect,
and to guard their hearts with the armor of Your Word. Give them joy and
peace as they put their trust in you. Amen
The Living Rosary in the Schools
Looking for volunteers for the 12th year of praying the rosary with elementary
school students. If you have a devotion to the Mother of God, love the Rosary
and can visit a school once a month, to share your devotion with the
young, perhaps in your own parish, Our Blessed Mother needs you. Training
is provided. Anyone interested in becoming involved in this important ministry for
Mary, our Mother, please contact Rosemarie & Terry Lyng at 519-473-3445.

missa das 11 da manhã.
Programa do RCIA
O programa para preparar os nossos catecúmenos inicia este Outono na Paroquia de
St.Patrick´s. Se conhece alguém que deseje participar neste programa para ser
