The Rio2016 Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (rio2016), registered with No. CNPJ sob o # 11.866.015/000153, with address on Rua Ulysses Guimaraes, 2016, Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, CEP 20211-225, informs that it has signed with the
company ISDS Brasil Seguranca e Logistica Ltda., with address in Estrata do Vidigal, No 160, casa 1, Vidigal, Rio de Janeiro, CEP 22450-230,
registered with No CNPJ/MF No. 13.310.703/0001, the 21 of may, 2013 and expected to end in 31 december of 2016, a contract No.
315/2014 (Contract), that is engaged in the "marketing rights acquisition" in the category of “Security Planning and Security Advisory
Services”.
The referred to contract provides ISDS the condition of Official Supplier for the Rio2016 Official Games, being responsible for consulting
services required by this committee with emphasis on, for purpose of this document, services related to the Planning and Consulting of
Security services, namely:
I. Risk management;
II. Threat intelligence;
III. Specification of Security;
IV. Connection between the police and security services;
V. Crisis Management including kidnapping for ramson;
VI. Penetration testing;
VII. Technical security countermeasures
VIII. Policy analysis and security risks
IX. Training relating to security planning services listed above.
It is to be noted that ISDS is able to provide such services to sponsors, supporters and 2016 providers without conflict of interest between
the parties.
